I walked a fair distance down to this location with my son to grab a couple of McFlurry’s. Upon placing our order, we found that they were presently out of the peanut butter cups(which was a first and a little disappointing), so we opted for M & M’s. The counter person proceeded to make our McFlurry’s by simply filling the cup with ice cream and then dispensing the M & M’s onto the top. No blender… no mixing of any kind. I asked why they were not being blended, and the counter person appeared a bit mystified as to what I was talking about. I pointed to the blender on the back counter, and he mentioned that the device was out of commission. My impression from his comment was that it had been out of service for some time. Not good. Having mixed the McFlurry’s myself, we looked for some seats toward the back. My son noticed the«Play Place,» and wanted to check it out, but it was closed(though I’m not sure why). Sitting down, I began to look around the place, and took notice as to how rundown and unkept it is: lamination peeling off the table tops, newspaper and napkins stuffed into one of the overhead vents(to divert airflow, I presume), unwashed tables, and damaged chairs. I also noticed a lack of staff making their way into the dining room to periodically check on its status. Finishing off our«treats,» my son and I made our way to the restroom, which was in poor condition(to put it mildly). Overall, very disappointing. Out of curiosity, I asked one of the managers if this location was corporate or independently owned, and found out it was the latter. This bit of information may or may not make much of a difference in the big picture, but I am frequently under the impression that independently operated restaurants simply do not have the same vested interest in keeping up appearances or quality. An example of this might be the McFlurry blender. Perhaps it just went out that day(though by its appearance and shoved-back location, it seemed to have been out for at least a while), but if it’s an expensive item to replace, then I would imagine that some owners would opt to avoid that overhead cost by passing on the blending duties to the customers. Why replace it immediately if you don’t need to? An unfair point? Perhaps, but as a paying customer of McDonald’s, I expect the same experience at every location regardless as to who owns or operates it. Now, time to share this with the corporate office…

Just wanted to get a fresh cooked order of well done fries. So the Manager who took my order proceeds to throw in a finished order of fries back into the grease. I re-noted«Fresh/Well Done Please»? The manager debates that what he is doing is the same thing… Wow, more like re-cooked and not fresh. There’s my rant. Note: Getting your fries Fresh/Well Done = No Stomach Ache

You’d think in BURBANK, Ca they’d have a decent McDonalds! Ummm… If there is one, it’s NOTTHIS one! Came here at 11:30am yesterday, Monday. There were three other people in line in front of me. Not sure if it’s just coincidence, but the three in front of me were Spanish speaking and the two gals at the registers served them quickly, in Spanish. When I was next in line, both register employee gals just walked away. One turned to another gal employee and started chatting. Yes, I happen to be Caucasian. Not sure if that matters, but as I turned around and saw another Caucasian gal in line behind me, it kinda felt, well, you know… I’ve gotten this before. But not usually in Burbank. One gal finally came back to take my order. I ordered an egg Mcmuffin and a small mocha. She repeated it back to me. When she finally brought my order, she gave me a decaf coffee. I mentioned that I had ordered a mocha. She showed me my receipt that read decaf coffee. I said«But you repeated back to me MOCHA.» She said she’d fix it. Okay. Now I knew that I must’ve owed more money for a mocha than a regular coffee so I got another dollar out of my purse. She came back with the mocha and I said«I know I must owe more for a mocha than regular coffee…» and I handed her the dollar. She took my dollar and replied«Oh, that’s ok.» and she put my dollar in her pocket and walked away. Seriously. I was a bit dumbfounded at what had just happened but I was over dealing with this place. I’ll never go back.

I went there on 10÷11÷15 at 8:30 pm ready to give their limited breakfast menu a try. After waiting a good 45 seconds before the unhappy cashier acknowledged me. I started to place my order. I was informed that they were out of hash browns. That’s what I was craving. OK fine! but at least the cashier could have apologized or even had some form of human emotion about it. Did McDonald’s start hiring droids? I walked out and headed to another fast food restaurant where they seemed happy to take my money. Slow people, slow service, not very clean and hiring droids, do yourself a favor and skip this McDonald’s.

Wow this is the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to! I stopped by before I headed back to Las Vegas. I waited well over 8 min in line. Only 1 car was ahead of me. I ordered a Happy Meal, because I wanted the Hello Kitty toy, and a small fry. I got my order and drove off. After I was well on my way to vegas, I discovered my order was wrong! Instead of a small fry, they gave me a bag of 4 apple pies! WTF! C’mon, your job is NOT that hard! How do you mess this up?!? It’s fast food! If you can’t get a simple fast food order correct, then your life is doomed. Obviously McDonalds doesn’t care because there are a lot of one and two star reviews on here regarding thier lack of service. I will never come to this McDonald’s again.

One of the possible worst McDonald’s I been to. The cashier seem like he didn’t wanna be there. Got my order wrong. I didn’t even bother to try and go back to have them fix it. Another thing I’m assuming they had my order ready for a while because when I was going up to see if it was done. The manager was telling the cashier«The order was ready why haven’t you call it.» So they aren’t on top of their job. No one really seem to be enjoying their job. The Restaruant was clean for the most part.

If you like dog hair in the air eat here. These crazy employees think the sign on the door indicating dogs are not allowed is just for decoration. I spoke to the«Manager» and she confirmed that they do allow dogs. I wonder if the health department knows about the policy at this McDonald’s.

This is consistently the slowest«fast» food place I ever go to. It doesn’t matter if I’m in the drive-thru line for breakfast, lunch or dinner… I literally am waiting behind 2 cars for at least 10 minutes. I really don’t get it at all. I’ve never had rude employees but I wouldn’t say they are the best at customer service either. Really I just need them to pick up the service time in the drive thru. It’s called fast food for a reason.

There are few things I expect when I order fast food. I expect it to be greasy… I expect it to be tasty… and I expect it NOTTOCOMEWITHHAIRINIT! I just pulled a black curly hair out of my 6 piece nuggets. Going to add a photo… I might vomit in my hand. I know McDonald’s is far from gourmet food… Hell, it’s where tastebuds go to die… but this is just the icing on the lard covered, plastic filler, pressed from molds cake. I need an adult. For real though, I never thought I could be more disgusted with myself for eating McDonald’s until now. Keep your nuggets ANDYOURHAIR!

Gee, what a surprise, I come here to write a review and the place has 1 ½ stars. I cruise through here sometimes on my way to work when I haven’t eaten breakfast yet and want some quick food(if you could call it that). Eating McDonalds for breakfast is bad enough but I was here two weeks ago two consecutive mornings and both times I was missing items in my order that obviously I paid for. Two days in a row, so how often must this be happening? Today, I got breakfast drove to work and started eating. It must be my lucky day because I just pulled a curly grey hair out of my mouth after taking a bite of my Bacon and Egg McMuffin. Absolutely disgusting. Going to get a full refund on my way home from work and never stepping foot in there again. This place is absurd. With the economy in the state it’s in you would think it would be easy to hire employees with IQ’s higher than retarded baby animals. Guess Not. Game on, fast food workers of the world, game on.

Horrible customer service. Would not accept a torn $ 1 bill(that was given to me from another McDonalds) manager basically made up a rule they can’t take torn bills. Bullshit.

We only frequent mcds for ice cream cones cuz the good is nasty and we actually live in the Bay Area but visit family in Burbank(born and raised). I hate this mcds. This is the worst location ever. The drive thru is slow. Read– very freaking slow. We waited in line for 15 min to get 4 cones for our kids and ordered, went to pay and was told no ice cream very loudly by the speaker lady hanging out of her pay window so the whole neighborhood heard. So we left and went elsewhere. My parents live next to this one but I usually drive all the way to the 5 pts one or up on the hill.

I usually try to avoid McDonalds but I’ll get a sausage biscuit or a mcflurry once or twice a year. The other day I decided that I needed to run into this mcDonalds really quickly on my lunch break for some ice.(I had brought lunch but I needed some ice for my soda since there are no ice trays in the break room freezer) So I ran across the street and ordered a McFlurry and a cup of ice. They charged my card and then handed me my receipt and a little paper shot glass. I asked if I could have a bigger glass and they said that’s all they could give me for free. I really needed the ice to enjoy my meal so I was pretty upset. I would have even paid for a cup just to fill it with ice if they had told me before hand but I was not about to make another purchase on my credit card and get screwed over for a cup of ice. So to summarize: Wendy’s, Burger King, Jack in the Box, KFC, Taco Bell, In n Out, and Carls Jr. all have small 12 – 14 oz cups that have lids that you can get for FREE for ice or ice water. But McDonalds has little paper shot glasses that hold about 4 ice cubes and have NOLIDS! epilogue: Jason walks up to soda fountain with pathetic little paper shot glass and finds out that they are also out of Ice. He walks away remembering why he avoids McDonalds.

The way this McDonald’s property is laid out is TERRIBLE. It is very difficult and honestly DANGEROUS to access. Cars trying to back out of their spots can easily hit your car, and the drive through is ghettooooo. It looks like a construction zone. Bad landscaping, to. The iced coffee was meh, but I consider a large park of McD’s to be the drive through experience. And this McD’s FAILS in that area. Be careful when entering/exiting this McD!

Every time I come to this mc Donald’s I get screwed one way or another. There is always something missing in the bag. They never ask if you want ketchup etc. unfortunately my husband loves to drive Thur here me I Luke go with out it. Just this last Friday I drove though the mc Donald’s on riverside dr and they left out a chicken sandwich. And today I got a chicken sandwich and the chicken on it was so tiny it only covered ½ the bun and only two tiny pieces of bacon.(See picture) They always ask you to check the drive Thur screen to see if order is correct but they really need to check themselves in the bags before they hand it to you.

Somebody else here stated the truth = «…reviewing a McDonald’s is pretty useless…» But I too have to report a couple nasties. 1 = I got a Quarter Pounder that had about a quarter of a pound of salt. A chunk of salt must have fell on the burger somehow(or on purpose?) Since it is McDonald’s I let it go and certainly didn’t write a Unilocal review. 2 = As if I didn’t learn my lesson the first time, I returned about a month later. I went inside to avoid the long drive through line. While waiting for my food, I noticed a couple dozen little fruit flies or some small tiny flying things. They were swarming the ketchup dispensers near the drink fountains. I was going to lean over and vomit in the trash hole but then noticed a ton of them in there. I left without my food or refund. I felt that was nasty enough to warrant a bad Unilocal review.

OK, so reviewing a McDonald’s is pretty useless. They all serve the same food, and it’s all bad for you. The only thing that differs is the service… and this place SUUUUUUUCKSDIIIIIICK. I work a graveyard shift around the area every now and then and McDonald’s is just a necessary evil. But Jeeeeeessssssusssssssssss. It’s like everyone there plays a game called«How long can we all make eye contact with this one dude in line before anyone offers to help or even say anything. I seriously go there on a 2AM on a Tuesday and there’s a STUPID line at the drive thru. They just take forrrrreverrrrrrrr. And some of us don’t have forever to wait for a mcdouble and some french fries, am I right? Seriously though, fuck this place.

Someone brings out a wet mop and shuffling all the crumps left and right on the floor while we have a mouthful. First it is rude and pretty disgusting when the crumbs hit your legs.
