The worst place ever… The customer service is horrible they couldnt even speak basic english even the owner! The most cakes are expired and their using the cheapest ingredients to makeing money!

So I bought a cake to surprise my coworker for her bday. I told the girl/​cashier I need a fresh cake. She assured me the cake was new and they just baked it. The cake was I guess 3 – 4 days old. Like what’s wrong with you people? Will never go back again. So disappointed. Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could. Waste of time and money.

I order a cake a week ago and it was very pretty. I love it. It was very delicious, it was even nicer than I was expected. Thank you

here is the story of Masis Bakery, take a look at teh photo of teh cake ordered and what we got, besides, inside the cake was hard ice and we couldnt cut, after calling Masis Bakery, 6 times we got an answer that «oohhh did you cut it right away? it seems like we had to keep it for decoration for 24 hours then cut it so 1^st advise: order a day ahead, then the Edible Food Coloring that they use is completely approved by FDA, but dont order anything except White, when complained about the stain on my guests teeth, fingers and clothes, the respond was, because you ordered Blue, 2^nd advise nothing but white so you wont get stains everywhere. then why the cake is not like the picture, because we charged you less than everywhere else, 3^rd advise: whatever they quote you for your order, pay them double so they wont mess the cake. and since they dont care about their reviews and nothing will ruin their reputation I decided to take it to social media, as the lady i guess Marieta or … told me go do whatever you want, i guess it was very hard ice inside they couldnt cut the middle of 4 and 0 so take your tools with you, if you dont want to follow my suggestions prepare a big trash can next to the birthday table

This bakery has delicious stuff. Their cakes are amazing especially the «Caramel Cake». Yumm… I am glad it is my neighbor. Customer service is decent!

Don’t come here!!! My money was wasted on spongey shi**ty cake. I thought this would be amazing because of the reviews and The beautiful pictures; but honestly it’s like for the Armenian community only as the cake is traditional and not modernised at all. Besides the fact that the tastes and icing was weird, and they threw nuts on cakes that shouldn’t like caramel and coconut cake.
The quality was horrible and I couldn’t find anything that tasted good. It is all for show and everything is beautiful but tastes like crap. I
Their stuff is cheap but so is their quality and taste.

A bakery where the employees are not only courteous but they actually SMILE? Im sold.

They have the best crème brule i have ever tasted. I come to Burbank just to go here sometimes. They are very nice people who work here.

We were just roaming around today & decided to check out this bakery that happen to be nearby. We tried the Cannoli’s & ponchiks that had a vanilla custard filling. The ponchiks were amazingly delicious & we’re just a dollar !! The lady that helped us out was such a sweetheart. Happy we came across this bakery, totally coming back to buy the beautiful cakes they make there Totally recommend it!

Wow! Really? Why wasn’t I told about this adorable bakery in Burbank?
New Year’s Eve my friend and I decided to stop in for some treats to kick of the New Year sweet! As expected, the place was packed, but tolerable. To start, the parking lot was awfully crowded along Alameda, since it is shared with other establishments.
On to the treats! We walked in to bakery heaven with various well decorated cakes, mousse desserts, bird’s milk cake and fruit tarts.
Staff are very sweet and friendly despite the crowd of customers and chaos. They stayed calm and collected.
We also ordered fresh roasted coffee, but only wished it were a tad bit stronger in flavor. Other than that, no other complaints!

I’m a little disappointed from my last visit to the bakery I ordered a frozen themed cake from a picture in their book and when I picked up the cake didn’t look like the one I ordered. If you can’t make the cake like in the picture u shouldn’t take the order !! They didn’t put much effort in this cake and that’s a fail… I’ve ordered cakes from them before and they made it exactly how I wanted but this time wasn’t the case :/​I’ve attached a picture

My co-​worker brought a cake from here at work for a baby shower two days ago. I finally got a slice and the first taste was fucking heavenly! Worked that slice like there’s no tomorrow! I asked her what flavor and she replied Vanilla Custard. That was one of the moistest, crumble-​free, rich, creamy, just the right sweet, soft ass slice of cake I’ve ever had in a looooong while! I will have my son’s birthday cake ordered here with the same flavor in a couple of weeks! Can’t wait for that!

¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend this place. Pastries are always fresh and delicious. Prices are reasonable and the workers are helpful & friendly.

Absolutely horrible! They made my sons birthday cake and I have never been so embarrassed in my life! It was Mickey theme one of the ears was sliding off, the fondue was melting it was such sloppy work looked like a kid made it. Then when it was time to cut the cake even worse!!! They stuck these plastic stuff to hold up the layers and when I was trying to remove them boy did it get messy! Cutting the cake was the worse part. Not one piece came out as a piece it was horrible. And when u wanted to eat it well you would have to wait 10 minutes because it was frozen inside! Never ever again would I everrrrrrr order a cake from this place. And I’m not stopping there I’m done buying any pastry from there period! If you can’t make custom cakes then DONT TAKE THE ORDER! Simple was that. Ahhhhhh

I love this place every bakery can bake the same looking cake but 80% of the bakerys do not make fresh cakes and same time lie!!! This place is always Fresh and they do not lie. The cake melts your mouth

Omg!!! This place is the bomb!!! I went to the one in sun valley since i work close by. I got several different pastries and they were all freshly made and not too sweet. I will be going for sure for more pastries (not that i need sweets lol)

The sweets are fresh and the workers are very friendly … It’s close to my shop so we always go here :)

The mocha Easter cake was a huge hit at our party. I will definitely be back the next time I need a last-​minute dessert.

So happy to have stumbled upon this Armenian bakery when on the hunt for cute desserts for a friend’s bday. The ladies were as nice as could be very close to closing time and even gave me a sampling of their homemade chocolates while I perused their offerings. I went with a dozen colorful tarts and to my surprise the total was around $ 8ish dollars. Not only did I look like a rockstar for bringing a bountiful treasure of treats, but I also spent less than I bargained for!
