I have been in this store for couple of times for special occasions. They have a unique variety of items which you can hardly find anywhere else especially with the affordable prices that they have. Kristine is amazing, she is very helpful and professional. She does both engraving and embroidery, you can always rely on her taste. I am very pleased with her customer service and the quality of her hard job. There is no better store for personalized gifts than Make It Personal. Thank you guys for being so awesome.

Hands down one of the best gift store I ever been to. Bought few gifts for Christmas. Everything in the store or should I say most of it looks hand picked by a person with very special taste. Everything is unique and beautiful. Make sure you have enough money, because as soon you walk in, you want to buy EVERYTHING!!!

The attention and detail on my gift made it extra special This is the best place to get a personalized gift. I was proud to bring this gift to the party o and the gift wrapping was so gorgeous she did a wonderful job…

This is a small family owned store in the Burbank Mall. Kristina was incredibly helpful, she took our budget and worked out something that would work best as a gift for a friend of ours who is getting married. She turned it around very quickly since I waited until the last minute of course! I am incredibly pleased, she has earned our future business for anything we need personalized and I recommend them to anyone else! Especially if you are in a pinch!
