Library Lounge

Love this bar. Comfy couches and a cozy fireplace make this a great spot for a date or for a group. Harvey the bartender makes excellent drinks, is charming as heck AND helps run lines when you have an audition. Also, the tuna poke appetizer is SO good.

My friend made lunch plans here with me on a Friday at noon. It is her favorite spot, so I am excited to discover new place to eat! We were the only ones there, in the lounge located in the Hotel Amarano, and was treated very well with exceptional service the entire time.
It was hard to decide what to get, but I went for:
CLUB SANDWICH — $ 18
Smoked Turkey, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Tillamook Cheddar and Avocado
On choice of Bread, which I chose sourdough
All Sandwiches are served with a choice of French Fries, Salad, Fresh Fruit, or Kettle Chips. I chose the Salad, which is a Cesar Salad that came with tons of itty-​bitty croutons and fresh Parmesan cheese. The salad was delicious.
The sandwich was amazing – I appreciate the generous amount of mayonnaise. I was only able to finish half and all my salad but was happy to have leftovers for later. I don’t usually order a Club Sandwich and think much of it, but this one was so good. I tasted everything– the bacon, the cheddar… you can see all of the ingredients.
The complimentary bread and butter was good too! It was so nice of our server to offer to pack the leftovers up for me! :)
This hidden gem is really nice. If you want a nice spot without the feeling of traffic and people around, do come here! Valet parking is free and you can find free street parking around the corner like I did! Next time Idd love to sit outside.

Ok this place it OKAY nothing to rave about at all. We got in pretty easy. It was pretty packed drinks are whatever. The crowd is not that great. This is where they totally LOST ME. This is a roof top lounge which is nice but even if you go inside the doors are WIDE open and you breath in the smokers smoke all night. I mean if people are going to smoke there should be an area in the back to smoke. I didn’t want to go outside because I didn’t want to smell like a cigarette leaving. Sitting inside was just as bad. Needless to say we left pretty quickly smelling like we had smoked a pack. Thanks for the second hand smoke Library lounge. GROSSSSSS

Ok. Chopped salad was over-​dressed and about 99% lettuce. There’s a small outside patio but there is a LOT of traffic noise. Inside it’s a bar, not a restaurant.

Food is good and service is excellent. Harvey, Norm, and Dianna are always friendly and attentive. This is a great neighborhood bar.

The Turkey Burger was pretty damn good’
