We use Image IV in our office. We have two large printers, a Konica Minolta C-​450 and a B-​500. We pay a monthly fee for the two machines to lease and service them and then a base rate for a certain number of b&w copies and color and then a very low per page fee for any copies beyond the base number. Toner is included in the lease price. To order more toner we just call the company and then they send the toner out right away. It gets delivered within a day or so.
When there are any issues with either machine, all we have to do is call and they send out a service technician by the next day at the very latest. The technicians are very personable and knowledgeable and always fix the problem.
I’m very happy with this company. They even have a program to order very reasonably priced toner for our desk printers that are not even leased from Image IV.
