To start, to schedule an appointment is super easy and smooth. Dr. Ella will do her very best to accommodate you. When I walked in, she greeted me with such a positive energy and immediately made me feel welcome, offering me chocolates as she was getting to know me! Dr. Ella is very professional, warm and caring. She takes the time to know the person as a whole. Exam was exceptional. She was very thorough and did not rush through any part of the exam. I had so many questions/​concerns about LASIK and she took all the time needed to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed! Had my contact lens exam done as well, switched brands with her recommendation and have been so happy with no more dry eyes! Highly recommend Dr. Ella!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ella for over 10 years and I will follow her anywhere she goes. She is professional, classy, personable and extremely knowledgeable. She knows what she is doing and does it effortlessly. Her patients’ needs are her priority. Her office is chic and contemporary and easily accessible in the heart of downtown Burbank.
