Crest Furniture gave me great customer service. They really helped me plan the office, came out and measured the space, and I felt it was a great value. Really nice people and experience. I would order from them again!

5 stars is as good as it gets… and Crest Office Furniture is as good as it gets. I found Crest about 6 years ago when looking for a HON distributor, and since then Bob Schad and his team(particularly my go-to guys David Wolf and Bobby Gonzales) have forged a great relationship. As a facility professional, I deal with the obscure… and if there is something I need help with, Bob S is the first person I ask… he may not always have the solution, but most of the time he does. In addition to furniture purchases and installation, Crest has also helped with furniture moves… modular workstation reconfigurations… and 2 years ago, they arranged for the refinishing of a large conference table(seats 44)… it turned out beautiful, and I’ll be happy to show it if you care to drop by!

I ordered custom desks for our office 4 months ago and we still don’t have them. It should take 4 weeks, however, with an initial 2 week delay for no apparent reason, then incorrect surface materials, missing install parts, and incorrect measurements, we add another 4 weeks to correct. Just got an email for another 2 week delay. The owner even promised me a 2 week faster delivery on the 4 week correction time which obviously did not happen. We are spending almost $ 4,000 and Crest did not budge at all on price. We paid full price assuming they were the best and we would be getting the best. Well you know what they say about assuming. Their staff does not return emails or phone calls and conveniently never available. Hoping to have this finished in a couple weeks. I would not recommend Crest.

Normally these places don’t get rated on Unilocal,but I felt like I should anyway. My company recently purchased 45AID cubicles from Crest, and I worked with a man named Augie. He was incredibly helpful, sincere, and earnest. I knew NOTHING about purchasing cubicles, but he did his best to try to save us money by suggesting where we could avoid extra tiles, or where we could replace metal with cloth. The price wasn’t hidden at all, and the invoices very clear. From the first step, Crest did it all for us! They came, measured our space, and helped suggest to us what could be done. After the product was delivered, they set it up and were very careful. Basically, the customer service was amazing, and products are wonderful. Our electrician, another contractor that we hired that was not related to Crest, told us as he wired our cubicles, that they were the most well built, sturdy cubicles. I can’t say enough good things about Crest. I’m used to shady salesman, and this was a welcome relief.
