Benefit Brow Bar at Macy’s

I’ve only been to Lisa at the brow bar and she does such a great job. I haven’t had her do my eyebrows in awhile simply because I didn’t have a job and is like $ 21 + tip to get your eyebrows done. But I’ll for sure be going back to her. She’s amazing! !!!

Ever since I’ve gone to get my eyebrows done it’s never been this perfect, especially since I have major OCD and I notice every little thing. I love the way Lisa does my eyebrows, every two weeks on the dot I have and appointment with her. You want perfect eyebrows you should try getting it done by Lisa she is highly recommended.

Amazing place to go to! I had Lisa do my eyebrows and she did an amazing job! I definitely recommend her to anyone who wants amazing eyebrows. She’s very knowledgeable about brows, products, ect. 5 stars for sure!!!

I went there today to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. I usually go to the Benefit Brow Bar in Ulta (which is awesome!) but I was with my family in the mall, so I decided to stop here. They told me they had a 4:20 appointment opened, so I took it. We got there at 4:10, so I figured a 10 minute wait wasn’t that bad. I am almost six months pregnant and even though they couldn’t have known that, I was never offered a place to sit. I also felt like I was being scrutinized by the staff because they never ONCE smiled at me after I booked the appointment and stood around waiting. They are supposed to be in the business of also helping people with makeup, and the guy that was there looked like he went to clown school for makeup application, and the girl looked like something from the goth style clubs in Blade II. We waited until 4:25, but nobody went over and told the girl she has another appointment, or came over to tell me that somebody would be right with me. At that point I left because I was fed up. When I told them to cancel, that we had to go, they just told me go ahead. Wow… they really wanted my business huh? I have never been so disrespected by someplace that is supposed to SERVICE customers. This particular brow bar should be shut down or be taught some manner and good customer service.

Best brow place ever! I would know, as I am obsessed with eyebrows & have tried almost every brow artist in LA. I had been going to Lisa forever, who is awesome. I just had Antonio do my brows today & he is amazing as well! I have NEVER been this pleased. He listened to me & really understood how I wanted them & he is such an artist. He also showed me his plan before he began. If you are picky & searching, this is the place to go!

I was offered to do my eyebrows but decided against it when I saw it was 20 $. Instead I got my lip. Which was a huge mistake. The next morning I woke up with a rash! They did a bad job. I definitely do not recommend it. I also agree with a previous reviewer, they definitely are too pushy with their products.

Got my brows shaped by Lisa and they look awesome! I highly recommend her. Shape looks awesome, her work is very detailed, she understands how to make your brows fit your face, she fills them in, and to top it off she is very nice.

I came in for the free birthday eyebrow design which was a pain in the ass to book. My eyebrows ended up very high up almost like something from the 1940s (not a good look for me because it makes me look like I am giving the «I’m on to you» look). I felt like I was also hit up a lot to buy products there. I also didn’t care for where it was located in the mall. People are staring at you as they walk by you since it is located right next to the escalator. Cost normally is $ 20. Wouldn’t return.
