This company is worthless, DO NOT USE THEM!!! Called them regarding repairing a dryer. Leonard said he would be there to repair between 1 – 3 next day. He never showed up! When I called to ask what happen, he said he forgot!!! Promised to call next day and set up time for that day, he never called. If you want reliable service, this company is NOT IT!!!’

Called a Craigslist add regarding a commercial washer.
A salesman/​repair tech named Stan came and said the Speedqueen I had was beyond repair and offered a Continental unit with a 6month warranty for a few hundred more than the repair cost. I agreed, paid and took delivery for an animal hospital in Santa Ana. The new used unit arrived but was dropped on its side during a careless and lazy but hasty delivery.
It was missing fuses and was clearly imported from a Mexico laundromat gone under. One visit by Stan to fix without a proper test cycle should have been a sign.
Thus, despite the warranty and since delivery it has not completed a single load. Many calls and assured promises — here I sit with an unusable unit that sprays water during the spin dry cycle.
I am left with small claims as my last resort.
PLEASE HEED THIS: NOT PROFESSIONAL — NOT TRUSTWORTHY… Do not fall prey to this scam!

This place is genuinely insane.
It’s run by a total madhouse. I call over and over and over again, just to not get a response. When I finally do get a response, almost no one can speak English or take instructions. The technicians keep coming out for the wrong reasons and are then unprepared to handle the issue, regardless of the fact that I was specific the first time on the phone.
They have never once quoted me a time and even been remotely close. They’ve consistently shown up around 2 hours late for every appointment. I’ve probably spent a grand total of 5 hours just waiting.
The technicians are nice enough, and seem to know what they’re doing. But their front office clearly has no control at all.
The only reason I’m even writing this instead of just moving on, is because these guys have a sick monopoly over coin operated laundry machines. No one else in the greater Los Angeles area seems to service them. So unless the manufacturer can help you (I doubt it), you basically can call a general contractor. Even the other laundry repair service places I’ve called recommend me to them, because no one else handles commercial machines.
Awful experience. But mostly likely, you’re going to be stuck with them like I was.

Was referred to A.L.S. by E Appliance Repair Company because they do not handle coin-​operated machines. Leonard showed up at our place the next day and really did great work. He worked fast and let us know everything he was doing. A really friendly guy. Thanks Leonard!

The reviews that we’re not able to view that were removed because of its content. I really wonder what those read. Its hard to find someone honest these days. A second opinion is always best before you say yes to this company!!!
