Joe designed an amazing and beautiful pool. We definitely plan to go with Anthony & Sylvan for building our pool once we can get financing.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. My husband and I entered into a contract with them and closed on our home improvement loan. The day construction was supposed to start the project manager tells us the usual equipment won’t fit and they will have to get a mini excavator instead. Sales person says don’t worry we will eat the cost on that but project manager says it may cost $ 5000. They leave to regroup and 2 days later we get this email stating we need to pay an additional $ 20,000 for the mini excavator rental or we can cancel our contract. You can Buy a mini excavator for that amount and leasing fees in my area range from $ 300/​day to $ 1500/​week. Now I have to figure out what to do about the loan that I can’t cancel for which I paid origination fees and try to get a new builder. I’m waiting on my deposit refund and I hope they don’t try to scam me out of that too. Stay away from this company.
