Chili’s is our «goto» restaurant when guest are in town. There’s something for everyone. Only 1 time of the 50+ times we were there was the service crappy. Twice I had, blah Fries, but since I mentioned it, I always get good ones if don’t get mashed taters instead. 1 tiny «tip»: there’s many TVs in bar, sometimes showing same thing on 2 or more TVs, I would think different thing on each TV? As people rudely eat with their phones tethered to their forks, kinda nice to glance at TV while all dinner companions ignore each other in favor of whoever else is on their tiny screen.
Try to get someone else in your party to pay. Seems food tastes better when free!
(Is that why most on EBT are fat as humanly possible?)

The service is great! We had Travis, who gave such great customer service! From all the other reviews this Chili’s is under-​rated. It deserves a higher rating especially with servers like him.

5 stars for service. I didn’t get to catch her name, but she was young and blonde and did her job very well.
She checked up on us numerous times, refilled our waters, and brought our appetizers split in half so no one would have to reach over (without us even asking.) Sometimes service makes the food 10x better.
She cracked a bunch of jokes and just took our dining experience to a new level.

We ordered on line. It was hot and ready at the appointed time. Food was fresh and hot, not to mention very good. The deal with ½ rack ribs, salad, potato and desert was fabulous. Definitely will eat here again.

Always know what to expect at Chilis great food at reasonable prices. Dinner for 2 is what we got, pick 1 appetizer to share and two entres, we got top sirloin steak and burger, food was tasty and fillig.

We went to this particular location about a month ago. We had the worst service but the food was good. We decided to try it again thinking maybe they had on off day. Not the case. The service was even worse than before. Listen to your fellow Unilocalers. They are right.

BEYOND HORRIBLE SERVICE. The waiter was rude so we asked for the manager. She practically called us liars when she said she has never had that complaint before! From reading all the negative Unilocal reviews about terrible service,(which I made the mistake of not reading them before we went there) I would say she is the liar. Never again.

The worst service ever… our server did not have any personally, he took our drink and food order like a robot.
Never checked on us once after we got our food.
All the tables around us were saying the same thing. Normally I never rant because I’m also a good server, and I understand that sometimes you get busy and forget some things, but they weren’t busy at all. As soon as we were finished. We sat there about ten mins before he came and asked if we were okay. I asked for a box and the bill, paid and left. It will be a while before I spent my money there again.

I should have listened to the negative reviews, food sucked service by our server tommy sucked even worse. Had to keep sending other servers to go find him when he did show up he would disappear again. No more chilis !

The service was horrible, a waiter and a trainee but yet I had to ask them three different times for different services i.e. soda refill, salsa refill. Ordered the baby back ribs, split them with my wife, we did not even finish them because they were so dry. The cheesecake was served on a hot plate. We will not be coming to this restaurant again. I would not recommend this Chili’s to anyone it is by far the worst service and worst food I’ve ever had at Chilli’s.

I like the specials. $ 20 for the two of us and we’re done. Not on the list for an exotic night out. But good food for a quick dinner. Run by the corporate manual so you know what your gonna get.

I’ve eaten at 3 or 4 Chilis and the food is consistently pretty good. Unfortunately I’ve found their service is consistently horrible. Bottomless drinks means you drink it all then ask a few waiters for more and get ignored for 10 minutes. The manager comes by to see how you’re doing. You tell her you need more tortillas (while your fajitas get cold) and she says she’ll take care of it right away. Then you watch her schmooze with 3 more tables. Lip service. I’m finished with Chilis.

Out at my house in BHC by myself and stopped in for a quick bite. Bar half full on s Sunday night. Prompt service, quick delivery of my food, chicken crispers with buffalo sauce perfect. 2 margaritas and dinner for under $ 20 with great service. Nice.

Walked in at 1pm. No host at podium. Waited 10 minutes at podium no one ever came to seat us. Walked out. Will not be back.
Hint to Chilis… when customers come in you should actually seat them.

My family and I arrived at 10:30 am and decided to wait until they open at 11 am. We were the first party to be seated but unfortunately it took a full hour for our dishes to make it to our table.
At 10:55 I decided to ask for the manager to express him my concern, and he only responded «I’m sorry but we are too busy»
How can they be so busy when they had just open up their doors?
What really push me to write this review is that my rack of baby ribs were cold as they were served on the table.
The waitress was nice, but unfortunately I felt like the manager did not care for what I had to say.
Wait… never mind… the waitress just lost her points. As I was writing this review she brought the receipt as my family was still eating and without freaking asking if anybody wanted anything else and ignoring my desire for a dessert.
Dessert is the best part of a restaurant and she didn’t even have the courtesy of offering it.

The service at this chili’s was horrible we didn’t have utensils till after we asked for them three times we had to ask numerous times for our drinks to be refilled.
the lemonade drinks were watered down and the foods was bland not well cooked and seasoned this was the worst chili’s experience i have ever had specially for being my first time in bullhead city vacationing with my family.

Ordered the 6 oz sirloin off the 2 for $ 20 menu. The steak was juicy and tender. The broccoli was steamed to perfection and the mashed potatoes are to die for. Ended the meal with the tasty skillet brownie. Very pleased.

It was back to Chili’s, where I consumed a Fajita Trio, which had a nice balance of shrimp, chicken, and shrimp, but, alas, was not as good as usual, because some of the White Onion was rind, and there was little oil on the skillet. In this case, less grease translated into a less tasty dish. Guacamole with Roasted Corn was good once it got to the table, but the appetizer was initially forgotten. Set on eating food items in logical order, I waved the first platter of fajitas away, to receive and finish my ordered starter first. The manager stepped in and ordered a new batch of fajitas to be made. She also took both the guacamole app and fajitas off the bill, which was more than I expected, and showed dedication to good customer satisfaction.
I know that mistakes in food preparation and service sometimes happen, so I will be back.
