Don’t call this sorry a** store for a question! The guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude! He was constantly rushing me off the phone, I was talking as quickly as I possibly could and only had two questions– yet he had to be a D-bag and tell me to(and I quote, EXACT words) «Will you hurry the hell up– spit it out, I got shit I got do!» What the hell kind of person talks to someone like that?! ESPECIALLY a customer?! You can be damn sure that I will never again in my life visit this sorry a** store! If that’s the way that you deem appropriate to treat customers– then good luck keeping that business running! There’s a such thing that someone needs to teach this jerk called customer service! Learn that and I guarantee you you will have more customers who treat you with respect! You just lost a customer forever for treating me like dog trash! What the heck is wrong with you?! I suggest anyone who is thinking of going to this store DON’T unless you like being treated like dirt and rushed in and out of the store!

One star is too much! I guess if you just want premium gasoline then this is the place for you. They were out of any other gasoline and they did not put a sign to let us know before we ran our card. The location seems convenient but it really isn’t.

This particular Shell station is located at the intersection of South Bogan Road and Sudderth Road, next to the Honda Mall of Georgia dealership and not too far from the 985 North exit. As much as possible, I try to avoid having to get gas around Atlanta because it is WAY more expensive down there. Since this Shell is about three miles away from my house, it’s super convenient to just stop here on my way home and fill up even though it’s not the cheapest gas station in the area. Gas prices here are usually around the prices that Kroger’s gas station(a few miles away from the Shell and closer to my house) is charging. Occasionally, however, it will be about 10 cents more expensive per gallon, especially when you take into consideration that you get 3 cents off per gallon when you scan your Kroger card at the Kroger station. However, what’s cool is that you can use your Kroger card at Shell stations to save 10 cents per gallon for every 100 fuel points you earn at Kroger(1 point per dollar spent). Although I’ve never been in the Food Mart, the gas pump area outside is usually kept pretty clean. It looks like a very small gas station, but there are actually a total of twelve gas pumps(six machines, and two nozzles on each). On several occasions, I remember driving home late at night and being super annoyed to see that Shell was CLOSED when I REALLY needed gas. Boo… I recently found out that they open at 5:30 am every day and close at various times during the week — 11 pm from Monday through Thursday, 11:30 pm from Friday to Saturday, and 10:30 pm on Sunday. Overall, this Shell gets 3.5 stars for its convenience and«OK» prices for better quality gas than Kroger and other discount gas stations. However, in this economy, I’ve been consistently purchasing cheaper gas which may not be the best for my car in the long run. =(I guess I should fill up here more often, not only when I’m running out of gas and can’t drive a few extra miles to Kroger.
