Mattress Firm Buford

We recently purchased from this Mattress Firm location and worked with Kim. We had been shopping for several weeks and had a very short list when we visited this particular Mattress Firm location. Kim not only showed us to the specific models we sought but the shopping experience was enhanced as she knew when and what info to provide and when to allow us space to try out the models we were considering. We were shopping a mattress that CAN be found at several different stores (Tempurpedic, unlike most mattresses with store specific branding) so it really came down to price/​deal and best sales person. We shopped Macys as well as other Mattress firm locations during our search and Kim stood out as genuine and she made us feel that our business mattered and we were valued as customers. Mattress shopping is about as fun as going to the dentist but this was actually a very pleasant experience. The store is spacious, clean and well stocked, add in a professional and pleasant sales associate and we are very happy with our Mattress Firm experience.

Ask for Lauren, I am telling you this woman helped us so much we came in expecting to only be able afford a 200.00 bed set that would hurt. We walked out getting approved for our dream bed! No more Rent a Center ever again! It’s nothing but sweet dreams for us!

I went into this Mattress Firm without knowing what I wanted, the price range I wanted to be in, or how I even wanted a bed to feel. As we walked in, we were greeted with such kindness and openness by Kevin. He showed us whAt we needed to figure out at first with the firmness we like. He showed us at least 15 different beds. He actually listened to what we were saying, even though at some points, we had no clue how to explain what we felt. Kevin took the time to show us everything, explain the science behind it, and even gave us some space to talk and keep trying out the same beds over and over. We ended up coming back the next day, and Kevin was mic enough to give us a discount and everything!
I’ve heard horror stories about mattress shopping, especially that it’s such an intimate setting. But with Kevin, instead of feeling uncomfortable, we felt like we left with a friend. I would recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone I know, because they will take care of you and have the patience to let you test every bed in the store (for 2 days). Kevin was the best, but everyone else knew what they were talking about, making it an enjoyable experience. Happy shopping!

This was my first experience buying a new mattress, and Kevin (as well as the other sales associates in the store) made it an easy and pain-​free experience. My husband and I went in on Saturday night, Labor Day weekend, and were immediately greeted and helped. The knowledge that Kevin was able to give us about the mattresses and the new technology really helped us to feel confident in our decision to buy. Delivery was a few days later (but I get it, it was a holiday weekend!) and now that we’ve slept on the bed, all I can say is WOW! I love the 100 in-​home trial period, as well as their no-​hassle policy for price-​matching if you find the same mattress advertised for less elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

This is the second time we’ve purchased form Mattress Firm. Josh spent over an hour with us last week (before the big sale) and he was great. We did not buy on our 1^st visit; I like to shop around. But we came back & bought a Tempurpedic from him because he took the extra time with us and was not pushy. Delivery also went well.
Our prior purchase, about 5 years ago, also went smoothly. We purchased a Kingsdown «Sleep to Live» bed. It was wonderful for the 1^st 2 years, but the indentions became so uncomfortable that I could no longer sleep on it. Unfortunately for me, the indentions were not bad enough to be replaced under warranty. (Not Mattress Firm’s fault, BTW.)
All in all, Mattress Firm has been a great company for us and we defiantly recommend them for mattresses. You also cannot beat their 100 day trail period for beds.
