I use to think this place was great even made it a tradition to order from here every Halloween while handing out candy to the trick or treaters. After my last experience I have lost all faith in this place. I ordered chicken fried rice when it was finally delivered I has the house fried rice with shrimp and steak and it smelled awful. I call and wanted them to bring me out the right item and he insisted I had to come to come in and get it myself and after I insisted I wasn’t coming he hung up on me, I called back and he answered and proceeded to put the phone down and help other customers and answer the other phone. He left on the phone long enough for me to get into my car and drive over there where he processed to get into a heated argument with me saying he was going to punch me and wanted to me to call the police on him. All in all probably one of the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Needless to say me and my family with never be eating at this restaurant again and I don’t recommend your family does either.

Food is decent. They had excellent delivery service like a year ago, but now it’s horrible… They used to show up so fast with fresh hot food… Not anymore… Now it takes an hour+ on a Monday night for just 2 entrees… Not worth the wait or the money… I placed my delivery at 8:08pm. Its now 9:16 and my food has still not arrived and we are starving!!! I called at 8:57 and they said it was on the way… I live maybe 10 mins away… called again at 9:15… Told them to forget about it. I will NEVER order from here again. You guys need to get you ducks in a row.

Food is average delivery Chinese, but customer service is horrible.
Historically the food we’ve gotten was decent, hot, well prepared and arrives to the house quickly. Our son likes the General Tso’s Chicken because they make it extra spicy for him. Never had a problem with food quality or cleanliness.
Tonight, the food arrived on time (actually a little early), so we tipped the driver well, but we quickly discovered the order was incorrect. When we called the restaurant, the staff person taking the orders immediately began to argue with us. She says it was our fault the order was wrong. She claimed she repeated the entire to us, which she did not, and there was just no reasoning with this woman. Right or wrong… NEVER argue with a customer. She finally offered to send the missing items, but by this time we were so angry we just told them to forget it. The positive note to this fiasco was we did pay for only what they sent. We have that going for us!
Gave them 3 stars because we have ordered from them many times with decent success, so we don’t feel 1-​star is justified. However, it’s doubtful we’ll return again given how poorly we were treated this evening. There’s another restaurant just like it in another strip mall up the street. Not a real heartbreaker to walk away from this one.

I’m giving these guys a break… seriously, their communication skills have vastly improved in the 6 years since I’ve lived in the area and the food ranges from mediocre to actually pretty good. I’ve noticed that ordering at the height of dinner will increase your wait time on delivery, but considering how few places deliver in this area I think that should be a consideration since your only other options are mostly chain pizza. Their Mi Fen and Singapore Noodle (Basically Mi Fen with curry and a kick) are very good, so is their Hunan and Kung Pao Shrimp. I think my favorite though is the Sizzling Rice soup for 2-​it is basically a chicken broth based soup with a couple of wontons and a ton of white meat chicken, shrimp, and Chinese veggies served with these dried rice puffs which I never use, lol. It’s a very basic soup, but very good. Anyway, if you are sitting at home and don’t feel like cooking or leaving the house, these guys are alright. Not fine dining by any measure, but far better than many of the available options in the area

Not horrible or bad. This place serves decent food. The staff doesn’t speak the best English, but my wife eats here regularly & is really picky.
I consider it worth a try.

I have been waiting for delivery for an hour and 45 minutes when they said it would only be forty five minutes at the beginning. It is for ONE chicken dish and I live five minutes away from the restaurant. I’ve called several times and been told «only five more minutes», and the last time I called they hung up on me. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had and we still have no food.

Only eat here is you want to feel sick. I don’t think they wear gloves when handling food and do not maintain temperatures correctly. I are here and got so sick, I would not recommend going here at all.

Run, run, run away from this place. It was 63 degrees in the restaurant and they claimed the heater was on. Food was okay, but I had to eat fast to stay warm.

The food is typical chinese food. The location is great but I had a coupon and they refused to accept it even though the expiration date wasn’t until the end of the month. They told me I had to let them know the begining of the meal which I have never heard. Customer service is huge to me and will not be going back!

We ordered take out of the lunch portion and it took over an hour for our food to arrive although we are maybe 10 minutes down the road. The person I placed my order with was not nice and we had to call to check on our order and they were quick to answer that the order had left, obviously we were the only delivery order. The food was cold but we were so hungry we ate it. The delivery driver said it was bad traffic which could be true, but even with bad traffic it wouldn’t take over an hour. We will never eat there again. I suggest you don’t bother either.

It makes me uncomfortable when you can’t see the inside of a restaurant from the outside. (What’s **in** there?!?) But, it’s a strip mall restaurant, so I decided to give it a shot. When you walk in, through 2 sequential doors, you enter into the dining area and immediately see that the ordering counter is at the back of the restaurant past the booths. I was greeted promptly upon entry and showed a table since I was dining in for a late lunch. I ordered the Kung Pao Beef, and I started reading my scifi novel to kill time while they cooked it. 10 – 15 minutes later, my meal arrived. I have to admit that the hot tea was just so-​so, and the rice was not sticky (–1), but the Kung Pao was pretty tasty. Food quality seemed high, and there were plenty of veggies (baby corn, water chestnuts, green peppers, mushrooms)… The serving size was very reasonable, without making me feel like a giant pig after finishing off the whole thing (sans rice). No soup or egg rolls to be seen. Stale fortune cookie. Eh, for $ 9.50, it could have been better, but I’ve had a lot worse. I would go back again and try something else next time.
