Barberitos

I love Moe’s. I love Chipotle. And everyone ranted and raved about Barberitos. So we gave it a chance!
I got a chicken burrito on a flour tortilla. My fixings were guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, onions, cilantro and lettuce. But taking a bite out of it… You couldn’t pull out any of those separate flavors.
The guacamole was bland. No salt or lime added. The pico de gallo also lacked salt and lime. Everything just… Lacked seasoning. And maybe that’s an appeal to some because some people might like to add more, but to me it just felt like eating a burrito that was full of just fillers.
Their meat was a lot better than Moe’s but everything lacks flavor. Maybe it was just an off day though!
The staff did their job efficiently and I liked that. The cheese dip was standard procedure. I personally like the soda machine because I hate Coke Lifestyle machines, or whatever they’re called.
I would probably try another location to see if it was just an off day or a management thing… But never this location again, if I had the choice.

Love love love the chips and salsa! However, both times we have gone it was about an hour before they closed and they were already packing up stuff, putting away the tea and salsa and turning off the grill. The meat/​beans were cold/​dry like they were just trying to get rid of the leftovers and rush out right at 10. So I ended up with a cold burrito for way too much $$, yuck!

Let me just say.: I LOVE BARBERITOS! The food is so
Delicious and healthy at the same time. It is awesome! The food is so yummy. Plus, kids eat free on Wednesdays and Sunday’s! The only bad thing is the prices are highly expensive! It is about $ 6.25 just for a kids taco (Only including tiny drink, cookie and chips). The service is very slow. Once, I waited 25 minutes just for 3 people. They need to hire more crew. Also, when j ordered a burrito they cut it when I specifically told them not to. When they fixed the kids meal, they didn’t give me the cookie and once again I had to come back and get it. Overall, this place is amazing! We come here so often! The crew is very friendly, and trust me, you will be very happy with your service! Most tacos are full of yuck processed crap! But these are not. They have a wide variety from flour tortillas to kale tortillas. And yum at the same time. 99% of barberitos is gluten-​free! YUM! For all the vegans, they have a large variety of that. I will be back here soon! Thanks!

Once, at lunch between classes at UGA, I stumbled upon Barberitos. I’ve loved them ever since! Moe’s doesn’t compare, and only Qdoba comes close, to my mind. I was rapturous when they opened their Hamilton Mill location, and have been eating here ever since. It’s always great and the employees are generally friendly, what else can I say?
Well, maybe this: the last time I went in, a new employee made my burrito. She was great, but made the burrito so big, another guy had to wrap it. He barely managed! Overflowing with steak, cheese, sour cream and guacamole, cilantro and onions, and more, this was the BEST BURRITO EVER!!! Took two sittings to finish it. Add to that, a big bag of crispy, salty chips that comes free with every meal, and all the salsas, hot sauce and limes you desire, and you’ve got a winner!
Give Barberitos a try — you won’t be sorry!

Higher quality ingredients and products than any other burrito place around. All menu items are great. Staff is consistently friendly and attentive. Due to popularity, the dining room is often behind on being cleaned.

Been to this location many times and it almost always delivers a good meal with decent enough «service» and cleanliness.
The only thing Barbaritos falls short on vs Moes is their salsa, can’t say it is anything to brag about. Everything else makes up for it, would give 3.5 stars if it was possible, but I’ll go with 4 because this location is consistently good.

Better than Moe’s, hands down! Food is fresh & always delicious. Their chipotle ranch sauce is amazing. The staff is always friendly. Kids eat free on Sunday’s.

Barberitos is a great place to go for a burrito. The employees are friendly and professional. I satisfied my craving as well as eating healthy. Will come back soon!

Very overpriced for what you get. Everything is an upcharge and they are stingy with their toppings. They charge extra for sour cream yet you get such little on it, you can’t even taste it. I’m not one for lots of sour cream on my burrito but when I’m charged extra I expect to taste it. Food was fresh but I felt for a MINI burrito with a drink, $ 8.50 was a little expensive. Also don’t order queso, it comes in a tiny tiny cup. The chips don’t even fit in cup to dip it and they charge you. Also dining area was not the cleanest and a lady spilled her drink and informed guys behind counter and they didn’t come out to clean it or mop it. Won’t be back anytime soon.

After deciding what I wanted I waited for someone to take my order or at least greet me… nothing. 2 of the workers looked me in the face and not even a smile. I promptly walked out and will tell everyone I know how awful the service is.

Stopped in for lunch while driving to Atlanta. I thought it was a great decision when I left. Lots of options on the menu. I went with the steak fajitas where they warmed it up with peppers and onions on the flattop. The steak was well spiced, the cheese was soft and delicious and the tortillas too. The place was not busy at 1pm which was a little disconcerting but people were coming in. The gentleman who took the order, cooked the food and out money was nice and efficient.

Vegans and Vegetarians should be able to find something here! Great big burritos! Starbuck has baristas and Barberitos has Burrito Artists!
This place is the same business model as Moe’s, but we really enjoyed it (Moe’s is NOT a family favorite). The chips are thin and crispy, the ingredients are fresh, the guacamole is tasty. Lot’s of flour tortilla options (I chose jalapeño cheddar, but they also have spinach and a couple other choices. The guys building the burritos are great. They seemed to enjoy their jobs. The restaurant was clean when we visited.
They have a salsa bar with three choices — none are fabulous, but again, I like the green lime salsa better than the salsa at Moe’s.
The strip center seemed «dead» for a Saturday evening at 7 pm. The parking lot was empty. There was only one other guest eating when we arrived, but a steady stream of customers arrived while we were eating — so I guess the place has fans.
My family of 3 ate for less than $ 19.00 — and we left feeling FULL!
No question: we’ll choose to eat here again.

IMO, the crew can sometimes be a little spacey and the floors can be a touch sticky, but I’ve gotten several of the vegetarian options several times and conclude that it’s a solidly decent burrito joint. (No idea why it’s under the «Barbeque» category, though…)
Comparison: I’ve been to Willy’s more times than I can count and it’s my hands-​down favorite. Since there’s no Willy’s nearby, Moe’s is a good alternative and I’d rank Barberitos at about the same level — highly satisfactory. If I never went back to Chipotle again, I’d be fine. (I guess it’s too much to ask for a little salsa bar for us to decide how much salsa we’ll need while we’re eating?!)

Really disgusting. Go to Moe’s or anywhere else!

Like Moe’s except way better. Fresher ingredients. Chicken and fish grilled, and
Served fresh daily. This location has plenty of dining room and is very clean every time I have been.

I find myself at this Barberitos every other month. I was never let down a single time.
I usually get the vegan burrito on a spinach tortia. It always came out stuffed and full of deliciousness.
The staff is always great to deal with as they are quite friendly.
The place is usually clean but it can get rough during the Sunday lunch when all these new families come to dominate the place.
Sadly, this is the closest Barberitos for me and I wish that they would decide to build one inside Atlanta.

Great food, basically like Moe’s except a few things stand out better. They honor the free local OURcard for discounts and their chips are by far the best in town, light, warm and never stale. It’s my burrito joint of choice!
