Very happy with the prompt, friendly service. For three key locks changed, one dead bolt added and 6 keys cut was $ 209. Showed up on time and cleaned up the mess. After calling a competitor, My Lock Doc, I was so disgusted by the hang ups when trying to setup an appt., trying to speak with a call center in Chicago (which sounds like I was talking in a barrel) and their guy was 1 ½ hours late to the agreed appt I cancelled with them and I called Russell’s. Boy am I glad !! My husband and I were very, very pleased!!!
