Have only been here once but didn’t have any issues!

I feel like this Starbucks is always busy! They do a good job of managing this. Also, the Starbucks is pretty large, so it’s a great place to work and study!

No line inside. No line drive through. Still takes 10 mins for a drink. Can’t even blend ice and add syrup right.

This is a popular Starbucks. I just wish whoever does the ordering knew what they were doing. They run out of things always. Don’t understand why they can’t order more of certain popular things. Good luck if you want food past 8:30.

I love this starbucks mostly about nice and welcoming people that work there. I love curly girl who usually makes my drinks, my best starbukcs on north west direction.

The staff at this location is very rude. I had a gift card for $ 150.00 and I almost cut it up after going here. I do have to say corp. handled very nicely. Except that they did have the the DVP call me which was a big mistake, she was as bad as the workers in this location. Now I understand why they think they can treat people the way they do. When the gift card runs out I will no longer be going to Starbucks for my coffee. One star is even to good for this place.

Due to the industrial business parks, this Starbucks is crazy busy for the area and intersection. I sometimes see 6 – 7 baristas working at once on top of each other. I come here because there’s less traffic on the way to work and usually swing by the drive-thru for my caffeine fix. I’ve gotten pretty attached to a grande soy Chestnut Praline latte with no whip. I gonna be sad when they take it away for the season. I wonder if they use this store as a training location? I have seen a trend of different baristas over time.

I love Starbucks. I have gold card status and maintain it. I’m an avid coffee drinker. However, this Starbucks blows! I am not quite sure how they manage to get so much wrong. Either their baristas are not properly trained, which should be managements concern, or the staff just doesn’t care, which then is a management issue. Most of the time it’s the simplest things too. Lite Ice ends up being extra ice. 2% milk ends up being Cream. Wrong syrups. Wrong sizes. Wrong drinks!!! I’m done. Even in an emergency, from now on I would rather be late to work then have these doofus’ ruin my drink anymore. For the cost of Starbucks, it’s not worth it anymore.

Went there today. 2out of 3 drinks were done correctly. When leaving I could not get out. The door was jammed. That is a corporate issue. In the last 4 months with random trips they only got my drink right TODAY. Have the person taking the order do it accurately. The label should make it easier to have the barista do it accurately. I know it’s just coffee, but when the rest of your life is crumbling sometimes you hope and pray for at least getting the coffee right. Hoping for an improvement soon.

Good place to have nice cup of coffee. Service is always great. This place is one of the busiest in the area but always fast. Sometimes it’s hard to find a seat inside but they have nice area outside of course not in the nice chicago winter. Will be back

This is a nicely designed Starbucks location, with some decent tables and seating areas. The drive thru is great, too. Parking can be tight, but typically not an issue. Getting in to this lot can be funky, and is accessible from the Walgreens lot next door. Good location, convenient drive through — a very strong A-OK from me.

I think this Starbucks is going down hill. Last few times they’ve run out of what I wanted. Today I got a giant cup of foam and a completely squished biscotti. I’ll be going to the one on Route 45 for a while, which is 13 cents cheaper BTW for a vente latte

I love this Starbucks location. The staff here both inside and in the drive thru are extremely nice, attentive and helpful. They always make me feel comfortable, always are willing to strike up a conversation, and serve the best drinks — fast!

Typical Starbucks. Most of the drive-thru girls are friendly & sweet! Other than that, nothing special — typical Starbucks. Nice location, clean, good coffee :))

I like this Starbucks, mainly for the location and the fact that it’s a drive-thru. I usually stop here on my way to work on my lunch break. They’re exceptionally friendly(compared to other Starbucks locations around) and have always gotten my sometime«complicated» order correct. It occurred to me that I’ve never actually stepped foot inside of this location…

I go through the drive-thru at least ones a week. They are friendly, fast, helpful, and very busy most of the time. One thing that bothers me – at least every couple of month my order is messed up. There are two good reasons why that is unacceptable… One, all I get every time is a triple shot cappuccino, which is not very hard to remember or make… I don’t order any of those fancy drinks that have 10 words in the title, and you need a masters degree to spell. Two, when you charge $ 175 for coffee you expect perfection, and not just from the fancy cups that never leak, no matter how long they’ve been in your cup holder…
