Tuxedo Junction

The next time I am looking for tuxedos I will not be going to Tuxedo Junction (TJ). Leading up to my wedding I ran into the follow issues:
1. The 1^st groomsman was unable to enter his measurements into the website, so I had to call them in.
2. The 2^nd and 3^rd groomsman were able to enter their measurements into the website, but I would later find that TJ had not attributed them to my reservation.
3. TJ did not notify me of the missing measurements until I called them 15 days out. I gave them both sets of measurements.
a. Included in all the measurements was shoe size. (Important later)
4. I called to verify all was in order 10 days out and somehow they only had the information for groomsmen #1 and 2. Additionally they added groomsman #2 twice, so I had to remove the second.
5. 3 days before, I showed up to get sized and apparently the shoes I had made mandatory original for everyone didn’t include myself (the groom). I informed them of the mistake and told them that shoes were mandatory for ALL.
6. 2 days before the wedding the groomsmen showed up to be sized, they were all still missing shoes. Apparently they didn’t check that they didn’t make the same mistake with the groomsmen.
a. They also still had the double counted groomsman #2 twice.
7. I (the groom) had to pick up all the shoes the day of my wedding.
I appreciate the added stress before my wedding and for anyone considering TJ for their event I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We had a pretty good experience here renting a tuxedo for a friend’s wedding. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it took several tries (and several trips out from downtown to the Boulevard Mall) to get the size right – and even then, a button fell off the tux two hours into the wedding. So, not perfect, by far. On the upside, my husband thought the dress shoes were surprisingly comfortable.

After having a dismal time shopping at a competitor, we decided to go to tuxedo junction to get our son fitted for his prom. The gentlemen there feed us as we walked in and totally took care of all our needs. Excellent price. We quill definitely use them again
