I visit this Tim Hortons at least 3 times a week on my way to work. They only get 4 stars because the service is very slow in the morning when you walk in. Not sure why its so slow, they should hire more people. I would want to get people in an out. I seen the drive through line down the street, but I believe it goes faster than the line inside. There seem to be a large amount of older sensor citizens that go to this Tim Hortons in the morning which can make getting your Timmys in the morning longer than it should. Over all its, clean and looks like its up kept and have your typical Tim Hortons staple items on the menu. I’ll for be for some coming back to this Tim Hortons on my way into work in the morning.

I went to Tim Hortons /Cold Stone Thursday, July 4th. I arrived at 10:50pm and stood in line for five minutes while the employee behind the counter made someone else some Cold Stone ice cream. When my girlfriend and I got to the register at 10:55, the woman working the register told us, «Cold Stone in now closed, that was the last customer.» It was July 4th. We were the only people in line. Really? Worst customer service ever. Maybe Tim Horton was upset because July 4th is an American holiday and he instructed his employees to give a sub par effort and anger every red blooded Yankee.

Hailing from Las Vegas, we were unaware of Tim Horton’s, relying primarily on Starbucks, 7 – 11, McDonalds, to a lesser degree Dunkin Donuts, Coffee Bean, and several other places depending where we are. We are now official aficionados of Tim Horton’s coffee! Simply stated, it’s a lighter, more mellow taste than most every other coffee we’ve tasted. We enjoyed cups, both hot and cold, fully-leaded and decaffeinated, throughout greater Buffalo and the quality and taste was consistent — consistently very good, unlike many of the competing coffee houses which may be good but are reliably — inconsistent.(The only other consistent coffee brewed, literally over the span of my life without exaggerating is IHOP, without fail.) And to boot — the pricing is excellent, much less than Starbucks. The accompanying donuts were very good as well. We were struck by how pleasant, courteous and full of information the Horton’s representatives were overall, particularly one occasion when we ordered, inquired about the website and what was available and she not only took our order, served us, but returned with full information concerning our questions. It was interesting to see the parking lot at one Horton’s, around 11 am, full with about 16 cars plus or minus, about 4 cars at Dunkin Donuts, and a nearby Starbucks recently shuttered. Maybe there are other factors, but maybe, just maybe, it’s the coffee.
