So it was a tale of 2 out of 3 ain’t bad. But the reality is almost every time I come to this location I need to check everything I ordered for mistakes. This most recent excursion was no exception. I have, as some may already know, 2 children that have huge issues with dairy. When ordering for either I make that clear. So when I asked for a plain bagel with no butter or cream cheese I expect that shouldn’t be an issue. But thankfully my wife and I are vigilant and watch their food like a hawk. Not to mention when we ordered we asked for 2 steak fajitas. To my surprise I almost sat down with 2 chicken fajitas. So if you want great coffee from a chain, this restaurant will do, but be prepared to verify all of your order was made correctly.

This particular location is near my place of employment, so I am inclined to stop here whenever I am early for work! I have never had any issues with wait times, but as all Tim Horton’s are, it is busy during the morning hours. I must commend them on their speed of service during these busy times, because I do not think I have ever spent more than 10 minutes in the drive-thru. Additionally, my order has always been accurate and I have never had any issues with the amount of cream cheese or butter on my bagels(sometimes cream cheese is just a blob in the middle, or butter is leaking out of the bagel, etc.). The only complaint I have is the friendliness on occasion. Some of the employees seem miserable, but I suppose that happens anywhere you go. Oh well!

If Ms Basinger worked here, then it’d be Kim Hortons. And I’d come here all the time, so to speak. In fact I wonder if she was the one driving that truck I posted a pic of in the parking lot of this location. The best part about this Tim Hortons was the fact that there was a car from Germany in the parking lot, and then a car with some sassy prissy barbie decal on the window ahead of me trying to pull out on to Union(I’m trying to remember what it said, but pulling out is not something I generally know much about). Edit: I uploaded a pic of it. It said: Look Pretty, Play Dirty. In pink girlie lettering. I know someone that is inevitably going to put that on her car as soon as she sees this. The worst part was everything else. The drive thru is hard to negotiate, the employees took forever to hand me the coffee which was already made and sitting there, and once we tried it, we realized that«4&4» actually means«4 cream, no sugar» in this part of Cheektowaga. We didn’t have time to go back and rectify it so we were annoyed. Check the pix for the the fun stuff we saw in the parking lot. It’s also a pretty busy location. Chain info: Canadian coffee chain that is literally all over Buffalo, where I always order the 4&4 which you should try… it’s very milky and very sweet and very delicious. It is for a good friend, but I always have some of it first(since I’m usually paying for it these days) and then judge it compared to all the other locations in town. And if this place was affiliated with an excellent Thai-Burmese restaurant in Riverside then it’d be «Lin Hortons.» But it’s not, unfortunately.
