This place use to have great food and drinks. My husband and I went here and could not believe the prices on meals. We ended up getting appetizers and they were horrible. They tasted like old grease. I can normally count on my husband to finish my food. Neither of us finished any of it. Our drinks were so watered down. I ordered a margarita and it only tasted like the sour mix. We won’t be back

Walked in and was told we had a 15 minute wait, which was reasonable by our standards. Then a family of 6 comes in, no reservation, and immediately gets seated. There were plenty of seats for us to be seated immediately. Food and service was actually good though, just a terrible first impression. Management does not appear to be effective.

I’m not going to give the cliché, their a chain so there food can suck line. For the price they charge, the value is horrible. Incredibly, none of their meals come with a salad, it’s an extra 4.99! That’s outrageous. I can see why this chain is empty at all its locations. There are a ton of choices you can make, TGI’S offers nothing to make themselves stand out, unless you are looking for a high priced under portioned meal.

Worst experience ever! My friends and I went out for the $ 10 bottomless appetizers, we started with one waitress who was fine but then our waitress came in from a smoke break as she smelled like she had been sitting in her car chain smoking with the windows up. She asked if we were ready we said not yet and she said she’d give us a few mins but continued to stand next to me. In the middle of the meal she asked how everything was going and I was saying«good, thank you» but as soon as she heard the word good she rushed off the the table next to us to pick up the check. Worst part was we left there, 8 hours later I threw up dinner, one friend was hurting all night, and my other friend woke up with a stomach ache. Can’t tell me it wasn’t the food.

I don’t like chain restaurants. We came here because the baby was hungry and the wife and I were fighting. We decided that a loud atmosphere would be best to mask my children’s everyday complaints…“we’re hungry, we are tired… blah blah blah”. My advice to the world is never get married and have kids. That’s another story. Well, we came here long after my kids should have eaten. I got my kids some soda pop, because they never shut up. The waitress kept our drinks filled, which is good because their little mouths were busy drinking and not yapping. My wife complained because the food was taking too long, which it wasn’t…it was the fact that we wait until the kids are starving to feed them. Kids eat a lot! All in all this was a great time, waitress was a looker, my steak was good and the kids sure enjoyed running around

WORSTVISIT, SERVICE, ANDFOOD… I wasn’t going to write a review as my husband called the GM and corporate already yet two days later still no response… so I working in the industry don’t feel bad at all for finally writing a review. First off walked in the host looked up and said hi I went to the bar where he was waiting sat for 3 minutes NO bartender anywhere(guess she was busy with the only other people in the resturant being a table of three… but she couldn’t be bust with them as we watched as an older gentleman bussed his own table) well clearly I wasn’t getting service anytime soon so I walked to the hostesses stand to ask for two menus… guess she was extremely busy texting or whatever bc and I quote«sure you can the menus are right over there» I was absolutely floored I don’t care if the rest of the meal was great still wouldn’t give higher than 2 stars as this put on in a terrible mood(didn’t know Friday was a self serve restaurant these days… I said loud enough for her to hear as I walked away with the menus) still this didn’t flare a hey I should tell a manager about this(in case corporate cares and reads this it was a girl with curly blonde hair working Thursday 1/21/2016)…so after about another 2 minutes I finally got my drink which I ordered a vodka soda double with a lime… not a double watched her pour only a five count and then we ordered the stuffed bacon wrapped jalopenos… when they came out ever though the bartender was standing at the end of the bar again only 5 total people in the bar still we had to ask the food runner for plates which he brought quickly w a smile still shouldn’t of had to wait and she just stood there watching the food get delivered… and again a HUGE disappointment the bacon looked as if it was straight out of the wrapper and the meat in the middle was still pink… of course we had to flag down this extremely busy bartender couldn’t even tell you her name as I’d us being there was a chore and she spent the whole time in the back or with her back turned to us… so of course when we showed her the food in the worst possible attitude said«I guess I’ll take them off the bill«not a sorry or let me get you a different order or can I get you something else… nope so we decided to get the check and leave. well wish we were leaving we ended up having to go back inside bc our ride wasn’t there… outside 15 minutes and our dirty glasses still sitting on the bar yet her tip was sure gone(something I really didn’t want to leave but still did bc I am a bartender myself although in 13 yrs of being one never have I treated anyone soo terribly) so eventually she gets to us again now we are the ONLYPEOPLEINTHERESTAURANT says what the same thing as I was about to say no I was going to order a more expensive drink but I guess the guest aren’t important so she brings his beer and I try to again say I’ll take… nope she ran away again to make my drink a 2 count this time… really …and hand me a drink not only did she put a lemon in it instead of a lime(which she could clearly see was wrong since both our dirty glasses still there) slams it in front of me like a «there you go b***h» but it also had no straw which she watched me as I grabbed one myself no I’m sorry or oops soo that’s it I don’t care of we had to wait an hour our«night out» completely destroyed ohh you think this can’t get worse… ohh it does soo we ask for the check I give her my card as she’s turning to give it back I said«thank you» for what I don’t know I’m just not a rude person she slams my credit card and the copy to sign on the bar say«YEP» …AREYOUFREAKJBFNUTS really«yep» well yep here is no tip and yep we will be blasting this experience everywhere sooo yep I hope corporate reads it yep you should be a dishwasher with that attitude soo yep maybe you need a kick in your ass and find a new job something that doesn’t involve people… not only will I never step foot in this location bur thanks to these stellar employees probably never another fridays ever… and we eat out or get take out 5 days a week and we’re not cheap and neither are our friends that when told about this experience one couple said we should have warned you we had the same experience about a week ago… so I guess it’s not just us but this place sucks bad and needs help bc these 2 people alone brought the worst representation to your brand I’ve ever ever ever had anywhere !!!

Stop in for lunch today with my honey, the atmosphere was cool as the a. c was on full blast but it was 80ish out side so it was refreshing. FELICIA our waitresses was nice not overpowering, the food was basic chain food to me nothing to really write home able edible of course just nothing fancy. I was alittle disappointed about their lunch menu it wasnt a very big selectionat all which is way I only gave 3 stars, we just ordered off the regular menu a burger with side salad for me and the Jack Daniels chicken & shrimp for him.

Expensive chain restaurant food. Nothing that will catch your eye. I would much rather go to a local place and enjoy their food over this restaurant

For a chain restaurant, the food was of acceptable quality and a good value(using their Stripes loyalty program for value). I did not order the pecan-crusted chicken salad because last year, they really scrimped on the greens. My husband ordered it though and there were plenty of really fresh greens and a nice size piece of chicken. I ordered an appetizer trio and there was enough food to feed two people, all of fine quality. Best yet, we could be served at 9:30 pm on a Tuesday… not a lot of other options out there.

I am a regular at this particular location. We had a few problems with our waitress the last time we went — But the management was very kind and addressed the problem right away. This business really does care about their customers. I am a STRIPES card member — which is free to join — and I earn free meals all the time. You can even earn a steak dinner, and it doesn’t take long to rack up points fast. Other restaurants do not have a customer card like this one where you can earn free items. Plus you get free nachos and salsa every time you come here just for showing them your card. My favorite meal is the Sizzling Chicken and Cheese dinner. Hope they never get rid of this dinner. At dinnertime on a Friday or Saturday night, there is hardly ever a wait. Seriously don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else– Outback and Ruby Tuesdays don’t even compare when it comes to specials and Happy Hour. Outback no longer has Happy Hour food specials, and Ruby Tuesday has none. Fri and Sat nights here — 2 for 1 drinks all night — even margaritas, mojitos, wine, long islands. I use my Stripes card and earn points like crazy — its a truly awesome program.

i went with my friends I’ve known since i was 4 years old!!!(im visiting from calif) we decided on this spot(against my better judgement) and once again the food was not great.(steak was awful) the drinks where the reason why i gave this a two star and not a one– the waitress was too busy to take care of us(we waited for quite some time) i will no longer eat at another Tgif Fridays…

We visited this place as a group of 4. The chicken and shrimp was very good and i would have that again for sure. My son had the ribs which again was a decent meal and another person in our group had a bacon cheeseburger which was not quite up to expectation. It was a bit bland as far as the texture, it was not staying together very well, i think the cheese kept it in place. So overall, we were OK, but we will just stick to what we know is good

Keep this one short considering no one goes to a chain like TGIF expecting a fancy meal BUT to sum up my experience… 1) Host chick at the front had one party waiting even though there were two empty tables in the dining area. She instead spent her time texting. 2) The round table near the front door remained un-bussed for 30 minutes. I mean plates and glasses everywhere, to the point where it looked like a lazy @ss server set glasses from another table on it. 3) My beer came adorned with a fruit fly — I’ll pass on the protein. 4) Our server was competent and asked«no pink or some pink» for my burger. Little did I know«no pink» meant CHARTHECRAP out of it. If I catch cancer, I’m coming back for ya TGIF. Traveling and eating at places like this reminds me of how grateful I should be for the choices in Boston.

It is simply just another chain doing the chain thing. However, this place, in my opinion does the chain thing a tad bit better then a lot of the others. If you want fine dining you wouldn’t be going here, but they do have decent specials, a good selection, ok service most of the time, and the place is typically clean — yes even the bathrooms, but don’t count on that part. Pricing and convenient parking is always decent as well and normally they do get your order right and your steak done they was you want and not how the cook manages to cook it!

First of all, it’s Friday’s. We know what the food is going to be like. It’s your typical chain food. Some of the stuff is great, other is just OK. I took my daughter for dinner last week. It was just the two of us, and she likes Fridays so off we went. I ordered one of the specials they had running; appetizer and dinner. I had the pan seared pot-stickers, which I shared with my daughter. She liked them, as did I. Nothing fabulous, but they were good. I also had a petite filet; done correctly and tasty. The broccoli was OK, but the Parmesan potato wedges were very tasty. This is where it gets good — my daughter ordered pasta with marinara sauce. She tried it, but didn’t like the sauce. I tried to pull up some pasta from the bottom of the bowl that didn’t have as much sauce on it, but it was tough to find much. At that point, the manager, owner, guy in charge walked by and asked if she wanted more sauce for the pasta. I said no thanks, she actually doesn’t care for the sauce. He asked her if she’d like something else. She opted for mac and cheese, and he headed back to the kitchen to order it. 5 minutes later, he brought out a bowl of mac and cheese for her. He also spent a lot of time walking around, checking on customers, making sure everyone was happy. And those little things are what makes an average restaurant like Friday’s just a little bit better.

It’s been years since I’ve been to a T.G.I.Fridays and last night just seemed like the perfect time for family take out. The menu has changed a bit since I’ve last been and it seemed that all the changes were for the better. My daughter ordered a Jack Daniel’s Burger — anything with Jack in it is SPECIAL! — and she raved about it. She is still yapping about it today. Hubby got a Jack steak with garlic mashed and ginger slaw. Freaking fantastic! The steak was a perfect rare and the spuds were real. The slaw needed a little help. My order, well, I just plain screwed up. I am a pasta freak. I ordered the Bruschetta Chicken Pasta dish. Looked nice in the photo however absolutely sucked in real time. The chicken was dry and had I known then what I know now, I should have used it to sop up the grease from the bottom of the take out container. The pasta and it’s mixers just sucked. Greasy and tasteless, kinda like some people I know. I know all the food is pre-fab to maintain consistency however how difficult is it to get a simple sauce right? If you are thinking of TGIF’s tonite, think steak or those lovely Long Island Iced Teas that I consumed oh so many years ago. Stay away from any pasta dish and you shall be happy!

Stumbled onto this TGI Fridays while waiting to get some work done on my car. It was a blizzardy Friday afternoon and the place was pretty quiet. I was still met by a handful of friendly staff when I walked in, and they made sure I was seated in the bar, not just the usual, «Oh, go find yourself a spot…» that I’ve gotten in other restaurants. The lounge is big and open. Lots of TVs, lots of stock for drinks, and quite a few beers on tap. I took a chance on a Boston Lager and it ended up being delicious. I started with a White Cheese Nacho Queso Skillet to start with… it was tasty, very strong with the taco seasoning… but be warned, it’s just a plate of melted cheese, I couldn’t finish it :)(for only $ 6, I didn’t feel too bad) Lunch was the Jack Daniels burger and sweet potato fries. The burger came with a honey bourbon sauce that was perfect with the fries. And after the rest went onto the burger, it was excellent. Awesome buns, tasty patty, extra crispy(which I can never get enough of). All in all, I was pretty satisfied. The service was excellent, friendly, quick, right from beginning to end. I know it’s «just» a TGI Fridays, but it was good enough to make me go out of my way to write this review. [The music was worth noting too… Nirvana, Weezer, and Doctor my Eyes by Jackson Browne which ALMOST made me bump it to 5 stars all on its own.]
