Office Max

Was there last week and purchased a laptop. Went back today for a printer. Alex the store manager assisted me. Excellence! I was out of the store in under 10 minutes and made a few extra purchases he recommended. Such a great, carefree experience! A real pleasure. So much better than Best Buy

I’m going ahead and now raising my rating of this location to 4 stores. After making a fairly large purchase and having to go through a return process as well — I’m very pleased to say that both processes were very good.
The sales person who helped me with the selection of my office chair was quite informative and explained the differences between some of the high end chairs, which is what I needed (based on my own level of knowledge — NOT his) — made that statement so no one would believe they try to get you to buy the most expensive. In fact — my salesman helped me find the best deal on the chair — saving me $ 100.00.
I did purchase the «Office Max Essentials Kit» too — mainly because I don’t want to have to worry about purchasing another chair in three years — totally covered with the «kit» AND the most important part — they put the chair together for me. Of course it also comes with some cleaning spray and cloth — fun wow!
Speaking on the organization of the store — I could find everything I wanted very easily — the selection was good, price was good and service both purchasing and returning was excellent.
The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is because they seemed just a tiny bit confused when I was picking up the chair and making the return at the same time. The cashier was ok, but I think they have room for improvement there — most people experiencing what I did would give this a five star for sure.

I really don’t have anything bad to say about this location. All OM prices stink.
This location always gets me out quickly.
