Lockman Lock Svc

Perfect place to get a key made. The guy who made my keys was super friendly as soon as I walked into the door, he gave me his full attention. He warned me one sort of key would be a bit more expensive and asked me if I still wanted to proceed (yup), appreciate the extra communication.
I’ve never had to use their locksmith services to change locks yet, but for key making… it’s a great local place with reasonable prices and a $ 5 minimum to use credit.

These guys are great. Highly recommended! Very fair prices and the work they do is the best in the city.

Who ever thought that getting keys cut could be fun? These guys understand the basics: it doesn’t hurt to be friendly while delivering a service to a stranger. Lockman Lock SVC definitely gets my recommendation!

Lock Man came on time, and cheerfully and competently fixed what was wrong. (An electrician had pushed the buttons on the lock on my front door all the way in, making it permanently locked thereby rendering my AT&T Digital Life lock useless. Yes, he was AT&T’s electrician. That’s for another review…)
He had to take it apart and refit it with a new spring. It cost a little over $ 100. I had no keys made. He did compliment my lock and my dogs.
I’d call him again, but I hope I don’t have to.

Provisional review — only one use.
I had been looking for a locksmith to visit a property and rekey a lock for a number of weeks, each time getting estimates of triple figures, before learning that I could easily remove the lock from the door and bring it directly to a locksmith.
So I showed up to this tiny local place knowing nothing about it having not made any communication beforehand and plopped my lock on their narrow counter. «Can you rekey this?» «Yes, would you like to wait? It’ll be about five to ten minutes.» I was floored. By the time I had but purchased three apples at PriceRite, my lock had been rekeyed… for less than $ 9.00. The manager, sensing my utter lack of handiness, I suspect, showed me how to refit it together twice just in case and sent me on my way. I was impressed.
This was but my first experience with them, and I hate to give anyone a five-​star review after but one simple visit, but the visit was so efficient, so excellent, of such exemplary value that I’ll be sure to consult with them first whenever I need future locksmithing work.

I like these guys. These guys are Upbeat and Quick, always good for a laugh (good Italian Stock). Great selection of keys and cheap. I’ve never had a problem going here. Parking is right up front.
