Went to this Jeweler to replace my watch Battery and they could not get the watch opened. They ended up scratching the whole back of the watch and the edgers were all scrapped up. Terrible service, if they couldn’t do it, they should not have even tried. They didn’t offer me any apologies for the damage they did to my watch at all. I would never recommend buying anything from these people. They were not honest at all.
