Moral of the story: Never go to this store. You have better stores next door. If Unilocal provide an option I would give –5 rating. The entire experience at the store was horrible. Every salesperson at the store were extremely unfriendly. They left no stone unturned to make you feel guilty of walking into the store and wasting their time which they could better use making weird arrogant faces. Anyways enough of the intro. Let me get to my story. There was a bridal discount of 20% at the store. We asked them if we buy 2 can we get additional discount. The lady said yes, we can do something more on two. Then after 10 minutes of unhelpful service, I picked 2 rings. Now when I went to the counter she made a complete u-turn and denied to give any discounts other than the advertised 20%. Even though unhappy with the service, we bought it. Moments later we found few more stores such as Zales in the mall with much better pricing, selection options and most importantly friendly and helpful salesperson. Long story short, I returned the rings to Kays and got a new pair from Zales. Bottomline: Kays Is the worst in customer service!!! No business ethics!!! Horrible sales people!!! Worst Possible manager with zero passion for the store and zero care for customer!!! Sure Candidate for bankruptcy !!!

Absolutely horrible. My husband and I wish we never purchased my engagement ring and enhancer from here. It has been nothing but problems!

My husband and I purchased his wedding band from the Galleria Kays location in 2014. At the time of purchase, we were told the ring came with a warranty. I would not purchase such a special piece of jewelry without a warranty. We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from another store several months prior to purchasing his. We ensured that my set also was purchased with a lifetime warranty. So as you can see, we are not fools. My husband works with his hands so we were in the market for a tungsten carbide ring. The salesman from Kays sold us a ring that he said was tungsten. We also sent the original ring purchased back a month before getting married, since tungsten cannot be resized, only exchanged out. The original ring was too big. After about a week of being married my husband’s wedding band was scratched up and he was complaining it was too big. Yes, we should have went back to Kays sooner, but hey we had a warranty right?! Well we found out today we sure didn’t. And that the man who sold us the ring had since been let go. Funny thing-the couple next to us in the store today were also in there upset about the same salesman who told them they had a warranty on an engagement ring they purchased. On top of that we were also told my husband’s ring was scratched because it was not tungsten, but stainless steel. My husband’s ring size is an 8. Now remember I said we sent the original ring out to be resized the month before out wedding. All of the display rings come in size 10. Today when they placed the ring on the sizer in the store it measured as a 10. So they never even exchanged the original one for a correct size. They refused to return the ring, give us a new one, or repair it. They cited we only had 90 days to return the ring from the original date of purchase. We paid out another 234 dollars for a different ring today. They also would only sell us a 3 year warranty. I told them I would take the original ring back, go to zales, spend more money if I had to, and get a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately my husband is less aggressive than I am and let them talk him into their garbage offer. They then proceeded to tell me Zales did not have lifetime warranties. Pretty funny because my wedding set is from zales. I was in there 20 minutes prior to walking in to Kays getting my rings inspected. I also went back to Zales after leaving Kays and specifically double checked that they had a lifetime warranty on all jewelry in store, which they did. Zales was appalled a competitor would even tell lies about them. I have purchased many things from Kays and never again will I spend a dime in there. I told the sales people and manager I will never come back and they really could of cared less. I work in the customer service field and I have never seen such poor disregard for a patron. I will be sure to let all of my friends, family, and Facebook friends know what a disgrace Kay Jewelers is.

My husband and I visited Kay jewelers in the Galleria Mall looking for new wedding rings to celebrate our 40th anniversary. When we walked in, there were two young ladies behind the counter by the register talking. We walked right passed them and went straight to the wedding ring counter… We stood there at least 6 – 7 minutes. Neither of the salespeople said hello or asked if they can help us. We walked out without being acknowledged at all. Terrible customer service…
