My roommate came to my bedroom door and asked me if I wanted pitch in what he was ordering stating he had a club coupon online where he gets two small deep dish pizzas for $ 10 I walk past this place at least three times a day but this being buffalo we tend not to order our pizza from franchises but I was broke so I figured five bucks for a pizza can’t beat that! So about half hour latter comes and my roommate informs me that pizza has arrived so I took it into my room because I was watching a match from 1990s Wed summerslam on the Wed network for just$ 9.99 per month and there were six sexy slices of deep dish bliss! So I took a bite and it took me back to 1990 as well when pizza hut was still pretty great! It tastes exactly like the old pizza hut deep pan pizza tasted before Michele Obama insisted on taking all the ingredients that made thing taste great! After three slices I was full and had three slices left for summer slam 1992 latter on(YES I LOVEWRESTLING I must say sign up online for jets deals can’t go wrong this pizza is sinfully buttery crispy and tasty not the kind of pizza you want every time your in the mood for pizza but I tell you what it makes a great mistress! Order here on the regular when I don’t want to spend a lot in pizza. I get the deep dish bc I love the crust. It’s buttery and soft. Crispy on the outside, soft inside. Toppings are always good. Sometimes needs more cheese, so I usually order with extra. Online ordering is easy. Delivery is usually pretty quick, under 45 minutes even when busy. They have some great deals in the website.

Jet’s sent us a coupon for a free large cheese and pep pizza and we tried it for the first time and thought it was pretty good. I’m not usually a deep dish fan but this reminded me of a pizza hut pizza I used to love when i was younger. The manager was very friendly and the facility looked clean. Only 4 stars because the crust was too oily/greasy. I will try it again tho!

I LOVE Jets pizza and I’ve been to many jets pizza restaurants and ordered before. I’ve always had good service or great pizza. I always order a deep dish with sesame seed crust. This time upon ordering online at my local jets, it told me the order would be 20 minutes as usual. I arrived with Lee way time for my order, and the guy told me he didn’t know of my order. After I showed him the email confirmation, he told me it still wasn’t made yet, even though I had ordered about 35 minutes ago. I then continued to wait another 25 minutes! Really weird I had to wait extra long, then the online should’ve given a better estimated quote. Otherwise the pizza is always great.

I received a coupon in the mail for a free large pizza so I figured I would give it a try. It takes some guts to open a national pizza chain in Buffalo considering the plethora of options available. I mean there is at least 10 pizzerias in a 1 mile radius of this place. I called in the order and they asked if I wanted to upgrade to an XL pizza for $ 7 more. I was like nooo. $ 7 is not free lol. My brother and I picked it up and it looked pretty decent. We were driving to wegmans after to pick up a few things and decided to try a little piece on the way over. We then proceeded to park in the wegmans parking lot and crushed the whole thing. It was pretty damn good. I mean it poops on pizza hut, dominoes, and Lil Caesar’s in my opinion. It had the proper cheese to sauce ratio, the crust was crispy with the right amount of grease, and the deep dish was the right thickness. I don’t know if I would pay for this, but it gets a 5 star rating for being free.

Same thing as little Caesar’s only costs more. Way more. It’s good pizza just not worth the price when you can go down the block, and get the same thing for much less.

I’ve been getting Jets Pizza in Detroit for years and I’m happy to see a location has opened up in Western NY. Last night we ordered an XL deep dish pizza with pepperoni bacon pineapple sausage and mushrooms. It was cooked perfectly, just like in Detroit. Nice and thick, chewy, oily crust, and tasty cheese. I just wish the mushrooms were fresh instead of canned. We also ordered hot wings but they were not ready when our order was supposed to be ready, not sure why. Our order was supposed to be done at 9:15 but we didn’t get our wings till 9:35. That was a bit frustrating. The wings were cooked in their conveyor belt oven and weren’t even close to tasting like the deep fried variety we all know and love. These were not crispy at all like they should be. Needless to say, we won’t order the wings again. The guys at the counter were friendly and told us about upcoming specials. They easily answered any questions I or other customers had. Keep up the good work guys! The pizza’s the winner here folks, you won’t be disappointed!

I’m am amending my review due to the high level of customer service Jets has shown. After my review posted last night, I received a call this evening from Lisa who expressed her apologies and offered a free pizza on Jets behalf due to our wait yesterday. This is above and beyond anything I expected, since I didn’t expect anything! Thank you Lisa and Jets. We will be back to try again. The sesame seed crust paired with the BBQ chicken bacon pizza was great!

Are you open ?? Large blacked out windows facing Delaware. Can’t tell when I drive by. Pizza was ok. This is buffalo, ask other chains that came to buffalo just to close up in a year or so. I will stay with pizza plant, or a number of home town pizzeria just around the corner.

Jet’s pizza is amazing, but I won’t get into the great food much here; this is a customer service based review. About 1.5 to 2 months ago, I went in and spoke with the manager about a fundraiser event that I was on the planning committee of. Not only did the manager, not dismiss me or just nod her head, she called me back several times and played phone tag with me to make sure that I got the message that Jet’s Pizza wanted to participate in our event. I was so touched and so shocked and surprised(in a good way) about the customer service and caring that Jet’s showed. It’s unreal and amazing when you receive such great service in a field that could easily be dismissive of its customers. I truly was refreshed to see a place and a manager that cares so much about great causes and their customers. The above and beyond customer service goes a far way in creating returning customers and fans of Jet’s Pizza. With that being said, Jet’s Pizza is chain however I would say a great chain for pizza. I have tried Jet’s Pizza a few times and have always found the pizza to be of great quality(especially for chain pizza). I have personally tried the classic pepperoni with garlic crust pizza and pepperoni pizza with the signature turbo crust. Both were delicious and tasted great with a ice cold Ithaca Flower Power IPA. For the event mentioned above, I tried the Veggie pizza with butter crust. It was hot and fresh and of course delicious! Overall, If you are looking for a great enjoyable deal with awesome customer service try Jet’s Pizza. Theres only one in Buffalo and its great!

We wanted to try a new pizza place and had seen Jets pizza pop up on Delaware a while back. So of course we were happy to see they offered a groupon. We bought one to give them a shot and hopefully find a new«go to» pizza place. When we called we ordered a large pizza to be delivered and informed them of our groupon. They then told us that our order had to be a minimum of $ 30 dollars to use the groupon for delivery. We found this weird since it didn’t say ANYWHERE on the groupon about this stipulation. However, we decided to check the menu, called back, and added boneless chicken to our order to meet their $ 30 dollar minimum. This time the worker informed us that in order to use the groupon we would have to order $ 35 dollars worth of food and our order was $ 5 dollars shy. We explained there was no stipulations indicated on the groupon, and that we had JUST been told $ 30 dollars was their minimum order amount for the groupon when we had called 5 minutes prior. The manager wouldn’t budge he didn’t really seem to understand the concept of groupon. We ended up canceling our order… what a bummer. Jets should really rethink participating in groupon if they are going to make up stipulations as they go. Kinda seemed like they were just trying to get us to order more food. Also, they should realize that they are a NEW pizza place in an area that has many great pizza options. We went with another option and I’m so happy we did… Mr. Pizza is our«go to» place and always has delicious pizza!

I live in the neighborhood and saw this new place pop up, then saw them on groupon and though perfect! The hubby and I love trying new places and thought why not ?! Big mistake. If you’re into authentic buffalo pizza this is NOT the place! I didn’t know it was a national chain. Totally generic. Wings were TERRIBLE, pizza wasn’t half bad. We got the deep dish pizza. Would never go back especially with just pizza and Franco’s down the street. Now what to do with that second groupon I have…

It all started with a Groupon. $ 8 for $ 20 worth of food is always good in my book. I was super excited to try a new pizza place! Who wouldn’t be? It’s pizza. Come on. So anyway the night finally came where I was going to pass by on the way home and needed a quick dinner — this began my Jets adventure. I checked out their website for a menu and saw I could order online which I love. What I didn’t love is the fact per the website it seemed this was a chain. It reminded me of Dominos and I mean, there’s a time and place for those types of pizza places… Desperation and low on cash. Anyway I figured whatever let’s do this and put in an order for a large pizza with boneless wings. It was a special for just over $ 20. They had deep dish but I didn’t opt for that due to it looking like a really weird and artificial pizza cake. The place itself is small. Just enough room to walk in and grab your food. The man who was working greeted me like he really didn’t want to be there and when I told him I had a groupon he had to get his manager. She came over and didn’t even say hi or how are you. Nothing. Just got my info and payment for the extra dollar and change and had me wait. It was towards the end of the night but come on — you’re a new pizza joint and could probably at least try to retain some closet time customers. As for the food it was better than I expected. I honestly thought it was going to be like cardboard with weird cheese but it was surprisingly good! Even the boneless wings. If you’re in a pinch and need something quick id say go for it. If not definitely try another local establishment.

I ordered delivery last night and received the completely wrong order. The pizza and wings were the smallest I’ve ever seen. I paid over thirty dollars for my order and it wasn’t enough food to feed two people. What an insult to charge customers the same price as other pizza places in Buffalo for wings but use wings that are half the size and give less in quantity.

I have tried this place because of groupon and coupons. Its formula chain pizza, but its really good. I normally get mushroom signature deep dish with free flavored crust. I get the parm crust. One of the main reasons we go there is the boneless wings. I wouldn’t get regular wings there. But the Sweet Red Chili flavor is a hit with the kids. A lil spicy, but good. One reason why I took a star off, blue cheese and ranch is 75 cents extra. Doesn’t come free. And out of the three times I’ve ordered, one time they forgot it and charged me. I always pick it up. Your pizza is ready in 20 minutes. Over all decent and best chain there is in the area. Definitely give it a try.

Not a bad pizza for a chain. Thick, square cut pizza. It’s very filling. Reminds me of Bocce pizza in Amherst. Little slow to deliver, but they brought plates, napkins and cups. Didn’t even ask for them! Less greasy than little Caesars. They also offer free specialty crusts. Didn’t try it but next time– I’ll try the turbo crust. The large pizza fed 3 adults since the dough is thick. They also have salads, sandwiches and calzones. I say– try it. It’s better than dominos or other crappy chains.

I thought their pizza was really good! I ordered a small, deep dish with 4 toppings and an order of BBQ boneless chicken wings. The wings were just O-K but the pizza was very good! The only issue is that you really don’t get a lot for the price. The small could pass as an appetizer for two and it starts off at around $ 8.00 for cheese and one topping. I ordered it for takeout however if you plan on eating in, I’d like to let you know the place is small. I saw a few tables outside on their patio. The parking lot is nice and it’s behind the building. I would definitely eat here again but sparingly because of the price.

Easy parking lot. Outside area with two tables. Good for kids. Slices are $ 1.90 each. They are not as huge as some other slices around, and they cost less a well. They do come in a nice easy box. I was able to get mine heated without issue. They use the larger pepperoni. No inside seating that I noticed. This is a chain and has some cute Jets Pizza Men to share the news. It’ll do in a pinch. 3 stars because the pizza is A-OK. Nothing terrible, nothing amazing.

Todd, is right. It’s better than Little Caesar’s. It may even be better than Pizza Hut. But I bet you already get pizza from somewhere that’s better. We got the thin crust. From the state of the crust, I would assume it was passover. Except, I’d be asking God why we couldn’t have good tomatoes either. They threw in a slice of the«deep dish». It’s not Chicago-style deep dish, it’s more like Sicilian, or really Little Caesars… which Google tells me they refer to as «Detroit-style deep dish», who knew? It stirred old memories of Little Caesars(hey, I was in college and needed the money… or something like that). But unless you want to relive those memories, go somewhere like DiCamillo’s.
