WOW — as tough as it is to get 5 stars out of me — this place has finally done it! I shop at the McKinley store often and it’s been a go to place for a few items — like special K-​cups and hard to find chef items for my son! However, my last visit proved to be an eye-​opener.
Went specifically for a sale item of two storage benches for my grandson. One was going to be a rather large Easter basket — the other for his toys. However, I didn’t read the ad very well and it turned out that the item was limited stock AND clearance. So when there were no more at the store — I knew I was finished!
Being determined, I asked an store employee if perhaps they had any left somewhere else and that’s when this store became a 5 star! They didn’t have any at THAT store, but there were a few others. They quickly took my information down and I not only purchased the item, they gave me a 20% discount for not having the clearance item AND they shipped it to my home address FREE!
I was so impressed with the value — though the inside fabric is cheap — so to is the prices — that I ordered another set and was in luck, because they still had some available and it just arrived yesterday — FREE DELIVERY!
Though the store is sometimes jammed and hard to get around in — it’s full to the ceilings with merchandise. It’s part of the mall so parking is generous, but hard to find a space close to the entrance. The overall store was clean and staff knowledgeable and eager to help its shoppers!
