I ran into this baking company from Anaheim at the La Jolla Open Aire Farmer’s Market on a Sunday, the day they are only in San Diego. Right when I saw them, I knew I was going to like them. You see, they make these Parmesan Crisp, that I once had on a Caesar salad, that just made the salad so much better( ). They are amazingly packed with natural Parmesan flavor and very crispy. If you come to this market, you got to try some of their sample, but you will be hooked instantly. You got to try the Parm crisp… I tried a few samples of their cookies as well, and what caught my taste buds were the mini coconut peanut cakes for $ 4( ). These little morsels were packed with great coconut and peanut flavor and had a light almost airy texture that melted in my mouth( ). I say, bring it! They use natural wholesome ingredients with a healthy sense. Gluten free, no artificial stuff, nor corn syrup, and oils with trans fat. Sounds like a winner to me eh? You cane find them in and around the L.A. area at farmers markets.
