Mobile ordering sucks! They don’t check if they have mobile orders coming in. You have to let the barista know. I ordered 2 things and waited over 15 minutes to get my second order.

Got coffee from here 9am then 3hours later I want to get refill and an Asian guy there told me that I couldn’t get it bc it’s been more than 1 hr. That’s BS never had that happened to me at any starbucks and they even forgot my order the first time.

This location is always busy. Not that that is the baristas’ fault. However, the quality of the coffee is fairly inconsistent. That’s a definite no-no. Some days it’s good, others it’s bad. The building itself is a stand alone, but the amount of space and seating, particularly for large groups are quite lacking. To alleviate the issue of the long wait, I highly recommend ordering in advance through the Starbucks app.

Not my most favorite starbucks but the staffs here was great. They are busy almost all day, but they manage to keep things going.

Thought we’d grab some iced coffees before the kids game as we get them daily but the first time from this location. They were horrible which is so unusual because we go to a variety of locations and they usually taste the same.

For anyone with complaints, try going to the Starbucks in El Paso, Tx. It will make you realize how good you have it here. I’ve ordered all over and Texas makes me appreciate the good service I receive right here at home in Calif.

This place isn’t even aware of the other Frappuccinos that are served. I’m not talking about the fan made Fraps, but the Fraps that Starbucks originally came up with. They say if you don’t know the ingredients, we can’t make it. You guys are the one who offers the darn thing. You guys should be aware of the new Fraps that Starbucks is now selling. People buy the drink because you guys know how to make it. Why the blue hell would we know the ingredients to the drink?! Rated: F

Pros– –Love the drive thru since some the other location nearby(in Cypress on Meridian) does not have drive thru and the parking structure is small. –Ample parking spaces if you opt out of drive thru but it’s usually full with so many businesses in the plaza. Cons– –Asked for extra scoop of matcha and only got one :(. Note to self: Specify x scoops next time. –Also had an issue one time with my lucky dozen reward. The drive thru barista stated the rewards did not ring up on my Starbucks app, even though I received an email about it the day prior and I could see it on the app. I had to purchase the drink per usual, and call the 1800 number. Very annoying. However, my next lucky dozen reward worked just fine using my app with another barista.

I did a mobile order. Came in and went straight to the bar. I wasn’t sure if my drink was paid for correctly because my phone took a while to load the receipt. When the receipt finally showed up, I showed my phone to the lady at the bar. This lady told me that«someone picked up that drink… I called your name.» As if this was my fault she gave my drink away without even checking who was picking it up. When I was there, I did NOT hear my name. They had a small crowd of ppl when I was in but it wasn’t busy. While I was inside the café fussing with my phone, refreshing to get my receipt up, specifically heard the barista call out a hot coffee for«Lucy,» and a pastry to a «Samantha.» I did not hear any Cinnamon Dolce frappuccinos for«SHERMAN.» This happened before at this store and it’s annoying to experience it again. 2 stars because at least the drink was good.

Every time I promise myself not to come back, I do because it’s the closest location to my house. 1) food/drinks are always on point. 2)clean environment. 3) manager and all employees(EXCEPT) one are really friendly. That one barista who’s name I still did not get, is one lousy person. –she’s caucasian. –had long blonde hair but decided she wanted to go Brunette. –she’s on the skinnier side. –about 5’4 She’s extremely rude and needs to realize that the next time she treats me like shit, for no reason, I will call corporate on her.

Unapologetic bitcharistas. The drinks may be ice cold but so are the employees. Just go inside and see that the people don’t want to work there and it shows in their attitude. I mind that they messed up but I’m heated the way they handled it.

If you like to go all the way home and realize that your drink is wrong and drive back to only get treated like crap to only make your drink wrong a second time, then by all means go to this Starbucks. This location is for you then. I had to visit Starbucks for a third time at another location this morning just to get my drink right. I paid for some expresso in my latte I really don’t think it’s that hard to handle, this is a coffee shop isn’t it? If I wanted steamed milk at make it at home. I get Starbucks on a daily basis and this location has single handedly made me want to quit drinking coffee or at least quit drinking Starbucks and try The Coffee Bean. Many of the employees here are very nice but the few who are a****** you know who you are you should really find another way to make your minimum wage because you look miserable and unhappy. The short Hispanic lady who is back there and supposably is not the manager needs to just go away and get somebody to run that place right. And let’s not stop at the horrible service when it comes to the drinks. I fell in their drive thru on a sign of theirs that an employee just walked right over. The customers were more concerned than any employee seeing my leg was bleeding and my kid was with me. Sorry ma’am we don’t have a manager here right now is all i got. I had to go pick up the sign myself and walk back in and bring it to them because they were too busy trying to make money. Do you not realize how many people out there need a job and would do so with a smile on their face? Do your job and do it right the first time, hey maybe put a smile on your face too it’s not going to kill you. You can’t mess up at your job and treat the customer like s***, the world doesn’t work that way. So the moral of the story is if you want s***** service go to this Starbucks.

This is the best Starbucks in town in my opinion! They are very generous on their portions… Meaning when I ask for extra caramel they went above and beyond!

I love this Starbucks location. They blend my vanilla frappuccino less at the Starbucks in Target at the Westminster Mall, but I think I prefer it more blended. Baristas are friendly and patient. Drive thru is convenient. I was testing the mobile order on the Starbucks app, currently in beta mode. The baristas got so happy when I came in to get my Cotton Candy Frappuccino and Red Velvet Frappuccino. It made me really happy and eager to go back :) PS I recommend the frappuccinos mentioned.

The girl at the register was very friendly however more in employees then customers in the store! Waited a long time in line then waited longer and finally went to my car put some things away and came back in for my drink still not ready! FYI they have a drive through and apparently they get top bill! Who are you going to call?

This place does not even deserve a star. It’s the worst Starbucks that I had visited. Never again will I visit this disorganized Starbucks. I arrived around 6:50 am to get an espresso drink. I got there when there was another person in line. After he was done, the woman behind the counter ignored me and went to do her other chores. There were at least seven workers in the store but everyone seemed to be busy doing something except taking order. I waited for at least two minutes before the same woman acknowledged me and said that she would be with me shortly. Ok… so I waited for another half minute. Finally she came around and took my order. I waited for my drink but curiously three other people that were behind me got their food and drinks before me. By then I was not happy but was still waiting patiently hoping that my drink would come. It never did. Finally the woman that’s making the drink saw my displeased expression and asked me what did I order. I told her. She then asked me did I order it at the counter or at the drive-thru. I was flabbergasted by then… DRIVETHRU… seriously? Why would I ordered my drink from the drive thru and then got out of my car and waited inside the store? It’s so ridiculous then it’s hilarious. Eventually my drink was made. To the credit of the second woman, she appeared apologetic and wished me a good day. It took a store with at least seven workers more than 15 minutes to make an espresso drink. Go to other Starbucks in the area. Avoid this one if you can.

Loved this place! Melody is excellent with her customer service. I like the design of the interior of this location. It’s a mixture of your favorite Barnes & Noble, Starbucks coffee, the feeling you get of waking up to a peaceful weekend at home. Whoever designed this place deserves a letter of recommendation lol Give Melody a raise! :)

So I was turned away this morning from using my free breakfast sandwich coupon. I explained that it might be because I accidentally deleted my gift card when trying to reload more money into it. She somewhat tried but it began to feel like she didn’t believe me and just said that the card says it’s used and didn’t work. After a few minutes a line began to form so I left annoyed. It’s right next to my house so i called a Starbucks a little more down the street and told her the same situation about my gift card and she gives me a lot of info to solve the issue, then also tells me to just call customer service and they can reactivate my old card and help me out. Or I can come into the store and she can help me. Over the phone with customer service Jamie helped me a TON. Said that my coupon still should have worked despite the gift card scenario and reimbursed me for my bad service. When I go back to the Starbucks I again wait in line. Then as I am telling the new barista what I want and that my coupon IS active, the rude lady from before tells her to just tell me NO. So I spoke to the manager who was extremely nice and understanding. She told me the coupons haven’t been working for many people this morning I am given my breakfast as well as my free birthday drink. Which unfortunately didn’t taste so great.(I have had a green tea frap from here a few times too and they also don’t always taste the best) Lots of misunderstanding but some pretty terrible in store service too.
