It upsets me that I even have to give a star.
I came in on Friday night ⁵⁄₂₇ and I can say this was by far the worst experience of my life. I work for a restaurant myself and I am aware of what customer service should be like and I also know how mature caring employees should act like. Honestly I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I felt bullied in a way and by their own employees! I ordered a vegan hotdog and the cashier that took my order (a white male, tall and thin) was the only employee that was helpful and not part of the whole situation. As I waited for my order (I stood right in front of the register waiting) I saw that my hot dog had came out and they seemed to be having a hard time. This on itself caught my attention and being afraid of being given something I didn’t ask for I watched them carefully. The cook from the other side just stared at the hotdog and told one of the employees with a smirk on his face «if they don’t like it we will just give them a veggie burger» what does this mean?! With that statement I was already upset. It made me feel as if something was wrong with the hotdog. But this isn’t the worst part. After the cook and one of the employees stared at it for a good couple of minutes all the other employees came and stared at the vegan hotdog as if they had no idea what a vegan hotdog was. They all looked at it and looked at one another and laughed! They were all laughing and talking about it with smirks on their faced they said to each other things pointed at my food and laughed and then just kept staring! Seriously there was only 3 employees when I walked in and there was a crowd larger than three staring at my food. This made me feel very uncomfortable! How was I suppose to eat something everyone had spent MINUTES laughing at?! I felt very upset and asked for a refund. The manager was on the floor, which was who gave me my refund and said himself it was unacceptable but felt as if he wasn’t going to do anything about the situation. It was humiliating to me because I know I would never laugh at the food of my customers no matter how strange it was. YOU JUST DONT DO THAT, especially not in crowds. I don’t know about the food of this restaurant so I can’t rate it upon that but my one star goes to the customer service. Not acceptable and I wish this never happens again because it truly sucks. Vegans/​vegetarians are not outcasts and you guys offer options for us for a reason. Get your shit together people. I will never be visiting this restaurant again due to the horrible experience.

The waiting time in this place is a bit long so order ahead of time before you get very hungry. We ordered cheese pizza, fries, and chicken fingers. They were good and satisfying. I was very happy with my meal.

The wait can be really long depending on the cashier and the people ordering. Look for the people waiting in line holding the souvenir cups. They usually only want a refill and they get through the line quickly.
The pricing is bordering on ludicrous: $ 15.99 for a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich or hot dog plus fries and a drink. That’s Staple’s center pricing… At Knott’s!!!
No wonder the season passes are so cheap. They gouge you with the food prices. The only bargain, and I say that loosely, is the season long souvenir drink refill. If you’re a soda or juice drinker, this is the way to go. $ 25.00 and you’re good all season (Jan-​Dec) on refills (just make sure you have a clean cup).
We got the chicken sandwich: it tasted like a frozen chicken breast from a discount store. The fries were luke warm and half seasoned. The slice of pizza $ 6.99, was mediocre. As much as I hate Chuck E. Cheese, their pizza is better than this. Oh, and God help you if you want a whole pizza: it’s $ 29.99!!!

The chicken was dry, the fries meh. Not my choice for lunch at Knott’s.

A disaster. Mismanaged waste of time. Expect a mob of people, no lines, and to waste your time. Shame on you Knotts.

This place is a mess.
There were literally 15 different lines in the entire place. There were too many people waiting for their food and no one really knows whether people are in line or waiting for food.
It is overpriced but one would expect this pricing inside a theme park anyhow. But seriously each combo is $ 16. A family of 4 would have to spend close to $ 70. There are no customization or substitutions. My 3 friends and I ordered a whole pizza for $ 28. I don’t eat pork so I asked if they can do half cheese and half pepperoni. But unfortunately it is not possible. So I ended up having to take the pepperoni slices off for my portion.
As large as this place was there were no places to sit. Too many people hoarding their tables and chairs while their friends were ordering the food. We ended up sitting on some rocks outside of the lodge.
There is no system in place. Everyone seemed tired and overworked. Overall despite the overpriced food, I wish the Knotts staff would take measures to accommodate the large amount of traffic coming through. People are waiting far too long for the rides but at least make sure the food accommodations are better organized.

I have a pass with knotts I paid 15.29 cents a cheeseburger combo and it was extremely burnt it made me sick

The Grizzly Creek Lodge is located in Campy Snoopy. The Lodge offers something for everyone that all will enjoy. There is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Prices are average. Their hamburgers are tasty. They also have a veggie burger that is amazing. The fries are cooked perfectly. If you have a souvenir cup bring it for a .99 cent refill. This is also one of the places that accepts the dining pass.
