My Favorite Korean bbq place, their beef burrito is huge and tasty. The only down side is the food takes a little long to cook, but worth it!

The teriyaki chicken burger is really really good. The fries are not so don’t order them.

This place is unorganized and slow. I ordered a large beef teriyaki bowl togo. I was waiting for really long but I didn’t tell them because I saw a guy was waiting although he came first. My food was ready but the cashier did not see it.

My favorite is just the straight up chicken teriyaki. Nicely charred chicken over rice that’s been cooked to perfection. With extra green onions on top! The dining area has about 5 tables, and there’s plenty of tables outside of the store. The customer service is very, very friendly. Gets quite busy and packed during lunch hours! One of the best, if not the best teriyaki place in this area! Unless you show me another haha :)

Wow! This place is a hidden gem. I was recommended to try this place by my siblings, they just wouldn’t stop raving about it so I had to try it. This review is a little over due but here it is. I got the large chicken bowl with avacado for about $ 10. The portion sizes are generous so be prepared to come in hungry or don’t come in at all. I came in starving and I was only able to finish half of it and I saved the other half for dinner. They weren’t holding back on the avocado either, the whole thing was scrumptious. The seating area inside is very small and not the best(reminded of flame broiler) if I were to come next time I would definitely sit outside. Now to the best part or shall I say my favorite part, the MEAT. The chicken was so moist/tender and perfectly seasoned and sauced. I didn’t even have to add extra sauces and I usually have to. The amount of meat they give you is overwhelming and def appreciated. I don’t visit buena park much but if I do and I happen to be craving teriyaki I know where to come!

When I’m need of a quick bite of food I come here. This place is quite small and has limited seating. The food that is severed is very similar to that of Flame Broiler. You have the options of chicken or beef served over rice(most popular items) and the option to top it off with an avocado for an extra cost of $ 1.50. The parking in the area can be atrocious and the lines are drawn to fit compact cars. For those who have larger trucks or vehicles may want to opt to park a little further out. Pro: –Decent food Con: –Tight parking Overview: I think I would like to come back here again to get a quick bite to eat. The food isn’t too bad and the prices are fair for what you get.

This place is cheap and affordable. The food was alright. The juice was awful, its too sweet. They give too much rice and too little of the meats! I don’t know, I’ll probably not come back here again.

I am extremely picky when it comes to my chicken teriyaki. But this place does it so well I never can complain. If you like your chicken crispy and love avocado then this is the place for you. I personally love getting that in a bowl and adding sesame seeds in it.

This is the 2nd time ive gone to this specific location. It was a better experience since my first time, they lost my order while i was waiting. They didnt even ask if i was waiting on something or if i needed help for 15mins. And when i did ask, they needed to see my receipt. I never got one but i told them that i signed their copy. So they went digging to look for it(seriously?). At this point i just wanted to leave and eat at the panda express next door. They found my signed receipt and finally started on my order. Got my order after 10 more mins and realized they didnt include the avocado. And i was pretty much fuming at that point. The least they could do for losing my order is make it right, amiright? At least this time they didnt forget/lose my order so i wouldve rated them higher but i cant do half a star. I prefer the long beach location better. Attentive and welcoming staff who wont lose your order and they’ll even ask if you need anything(which should be standard).

Decent teriyaki bowl. I like veggies in my teriyaki bowl, they don’t have one veggie in the building. I like brown rice as an option, no brown rice. So sticky white rice, dark meat chicken and a little teriyaki sauce for $ 8? I probably won’t be back. Not bad but there are better places.

I always come here. Was a little dissapointed today. when i ask for extra sauce, i mean a couple not just an extra one. I like my teriaky sauce.

Two times in a row it has disappointed me now. I got the teriyaki chicken/beef. Took 30 mins to get it my plate and then the meats were burn and I couldn’t enjoy it at all. they should clean the tables ans floors because it’s always dirty inside I go. I might give it another chance in the future and hopefully it doesn’t let me down. I be hitting up Mos 2 again if it does.

It seems like this place is hidden since it’s next to Panda Express. I came here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and there was no wait or line. So I ordered the teriyaki chicken and beef bowl with avocado(extra $ 1.50). I’d recommend the avocado! It’s worth it, however, it can be pretty pricey. My order came out to around $ 11. To compare, I could’ve gotten a plate with 2 entrees at Panda Express for $ 8. Overall, the food was alright. I think I’m gonna get Panda Express next time since it is cheaper. 3 stars for the food since the chicken and beef taste like any other standard teriyaki marinated meat. +1 star for good looking snapchat picture. –1 star because of the price.

This is my go to spot for teriyaki chicken/beef. The bowls are good, but I’m a big fan of the teriyaki chicken burger. Price is a little higher than most teriyaki places but I think it’s worth it. Sometimes you can get burnt chicken so I’ll dock 1 star off for the inconsistency but overall I think it’s great.

It’s ok. I dropped in here for a quick lunch since I was in the area. Based on the Unilocal reviews I had high expectations. Friendly chef in the kitchen. Simple enough menu. Went with the chicken and shrimp combo plate for takeout. Portions were ok, could have easily had leftovers. Rice was soggy and overcooked. I wouldn’t finish. Teriyaki sauce was ok. Chicken was enough white meat to my taste. Fried shrimp was a little skimpy looking but tasty enough. I don’t think quality makes it worth another visit. Just an average dining experience if you’re in the mood for rice and teriyaki menu items.

The rice is always perfect. The chicken is always cooked perfectly. You’ll never find the chicken burnt like other places(flame broiler) Also it’s fast service and they if you pre-order it’ll be ready in 5 mins.

The problem with Unilocal Reviews as evidenced by Golden Bowl… how should I rate this place? Should I compare it to other similar places like FlameBroiler, Yogis Teriyaki, etc? Or should I compare it versus other restaurants? So… I wanted to give 4 stars because this is essentially as good as flamebroiler… but then I am like«Macccheroni in Los Angeles is a 4 star place… and this ain’t no Maccheroni’» Net Result? The place is a good teriyaki bowl spot. Come here for lunch. Get the beef bowl. But I had to give 3 stars bcuz. well…its rice and teriyaki. .the same as any other place.
