I’ve been living here for only two month and already the hot water pipe for the building blown up twice. The first time, we had NO WATER AT ALL for two days. Now, it’s a New Year’s Eve and we have NO HOT WATER! Can’t take a shower or wash hair to go out. Called their office emergency number — got a response that the office is closed and can’t fix (or even talk about fixing it) until Saturday — that’s three days! And never mind the New Year’s Eve, I have a business meeting Saturday early in the morning — no shower, nor washing hair! Arrghh!!! And did I mention — they have ROACHES. As soon as I can, I am moving OUT.

You don’t wanna move here this place sucks the power goes out when it’s too hot crackheads tweekers running around at my breaking windows you only get one parking you don’t want to live here I had my car broken into twice cause I parked on the street save yourself a headache and money so you don’t have to fix your windows the place shakes when semis drive by you don’t wanna live here guys save yourself a headache

In response to the review by Shayleen. These people live above me. They are always loud, stomping, playing music. I have had to call the cops on him because he chased his lady around the small space and she screamed a scream I haven’t heard before.
The management has been changed, but we did not get a notice of this.
