Franklin Street Apartments

Pros: Plenty of parking, big plus: parking is not assigned however, there is plenty of parking spaces in resident parking as well as street parking. It is nice to have guest around with enough parking.
Big floor plan-​I stayed in one bedroom apartment and it was really huge for its price. The rent was 1120 then raised to 1199, and I barely used the bedroom and stayed in the living room for the most of time since it was big enough.
Quiet neighbors-​They are all nice, quiet generally. No one sketchy, Quiet and safe neighborhood.
Nice Manager-​On site manager who is always on top of everything. Xio listens and respects you. If problem occurs, she is there to help you.
Cons: There are few cons however, although I believe this is really good apartment, If I must think of cons of the apartment.
— Hot, really hot in the summer. It may be something with the roof, but the apartment gets really hot in the summer. You literally have to turn AC most of time while at home and since AC is located in the living room but not in the bedroom, your bedroom gets really hot in the summer. AC is quite noisy too. Most of tenants leave their door open during the summer.
–Roaches– I never had a problem with roaches for first few months, however, I noticed two or three in my unit later. I am not quite sure how they got in, so I bought roach killer, problem seemed to be solved.
–Train noise– you get train noise at 4 am and 6 am or so. but it is inevitable if you live around here. Unless you are light sleeper, you would not complain.

This is a great environment! The manager’s name is Xio and she is so welcoming. The price is great too! I live in a two bedroom and my roommate and I are happy. It is safe and calm. We have no complains. I definitely recommend these apartments. :)

I’ve lived at Franklin Street apartments for over a year now (apartment 21), and it’s a pretty nice place to live. The property is well maintained (outdoors cleaned and gardened on a weekly basis). The manager, Xiomara, takes care of any problems your apartment may have (usually within the same day if possible). I liked the apartments so much, that I recommended to my grandparents that they should live here. My grandparents have been living here for about a month and no complaints. The reason why I gave Franklin apartments 4-​stars instead of 5 is parking in the street is usually full at night and makes it frustrating to come home late at night and not find anywhere to park. Overall, I really like the property. Its fairly quiet and peaceful, and would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

My father has been living here for 12 years and has never had any problems. The property is well maintained and the Manager XO is very friendly. Thank you for all your hospitality.

I would give it a big fat ZERO!!! What a shit hole. Horrible management, will try and steal every dime from you. When you actually stick up for your finances they agree, but then will just send it off to collections without warning.
