Wish I could give this place zero stars. Walked in tonight to get a couple sandwiches and the two male employees literally just stared at me and didn’t even say hi or give any kind of greeting. One of them just went back to cleaning his stove and the other just looked down and put on some gloves. Not to mention the gnats floating around the vegetables. Then he tried to take me to the cashier to finish up and I wasn’t even finished ordering. And he didn’t give me the kids meal in the kids meal bags that they had 3 feet behind him. I didn’t even bother on telling him because I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Never coming back here again. I’d rather drive another 10+ minutes to find a better Subway. HORRIBLE customer service.

Worst subway ever. I live in Buda and every time I come to this location it’s DIRTY and never has bread cooked. EVERYTIME! Zero stars if I could rate it that. Just save ur time and go to the one in Kyle.

I work a couple doors down from this subway and there are not a lot of options over here and this one sucks, they are slow and have horrible customer service. I’m a patient person so I let them slide on the slow part but after my last encounter i will not be going back. I order a sandwich online because I don’t get much of a break from work it said it would be ready in 15 min so i ran over there after 15 min and there was a line. i asked the guy if my sandwich was ready and he said no that he was slammed so i said OK no problem ill come back in 15 and ran back to work. 10 min later I get an email that my order has been cancelled and refunded. Thank you for letting me know you no longer want my business.

Food was alright. Customer service was horrible. Employee was outside smoking and then went inside to attend us and didn’t seem to happy about it. Didn’t even wash hands or anything. She was pretty rude the whole time while making the sandwiches. She was also cleaning the floor and just seemed really annoyed with our presence… I am not trying to say it was because we are Hispanic, maybe they weren’t having a nice day(even THOUGH that is not OUR fault), but a little bit after us, a couple other non-Hispanic customers came in and THEY were attended nicely… We’ve been here before 2 or 3 times, and every time we do, we get the same horrible customer service with the same employee. And I’ve had other friends and family tell me the same thing about this particular Subway… When we left we thanked the 2 employees a couple of times and they just ignored us and went back outside to smoke right after we left. Definitely the last time I’ll ever go to this Subway! The one in Kyle has way better customer service.
