Great food and even better service… super nice people working there. Plus the free WiFi makes it a great place to do some paperwork.

I’ve eaten here frequently for several years and have gotten to know the staff pretty well.
The food here is always hot and fresh. Unlike many other fast food chains that have pre-​made menu items that sit in tubs under heat lamps or steam trays to get soggy and stale, these guys make the majority of your menu items to order.
The store is also kept very clean, you rarely see a dirty table for long before it’s cleaned off and ready for use again. Likewise with the floor, it’s swept and mopped regularly as well.
The store is in a bit of a bad location so it doesn’t see as much business as some other fast food joints in the area, but it’s well worth going to.
Some might say the prices are a bit high here, but that goes for pretty much any fast food place these days. You’ll pay about the same for a meal here vs somewhere else like BK, MCDs, long john silvers, etc. The difference is though that you get real food, not preformed patties of questionable substances.

I’ve had this spot a few times. Every visit has been good so far!
I always seem to enjoy my sandwich! Everything is cool in there! Staff is friendly and service is quick even during the lunch hour when they are packed!

My Cravin’ Chicken sandwich actually looked like the picture in the menu. I came during the day while it was empty and they made my order fresh. The lettuce was actually green and the tomatoes were cut fresh. Environment was clean and service was very great.

Consistent at making your order incorrect, and over two dollars for weak soda

I am really not sure what this place is still open. I never see anyone go here. My oldest son loves this place, so we decided to get lunch. The combo meals are expensive at over $ 7. It was almost $ 20 for my son and I to eat. For that, I can go to Chili’s. Our order was immediately taken by the young manager who was very nice. I got the Market Fresh Chicken Salad sandwich. I asked if I could not get friends and she gave me a few options. It would have been nice if I could have gotten a healthier alternative than fries or potato wedges. There were no straws or silverware. I had to ask for straws and silverware. One of the ladies smiled when I asked for straws and she did not have very many teeth. I guess Arbys does not offer a dental plan?
My son got his food right away. I had to wait for my sandwich. We were the only ones in the store and I still waited for them to make it. The bread was soft, chicken chunks thick and apples were crisp. I did enjoy the sandwich. When I opted for potato wedges, the manager up charged me which she did not bother to mention.
I am going to skip this place. The food is over priced and if I am going to have to wait 15+ minutes just to get a chicken salad sandwich, I can go to Subway or Quiznos.
