Another ISP that thinks setting up overage charges or CAPS to the intelligent consumer is a good thing. I would rather go back to unlimited dial up internet before I would pay for their bloated priced internet with charges for going over a paltry limit. Their move to start capping is a money grab and nothing else. Vote with your wallets and go elsewhere.

If my problems don’t get resolved this week you will lose a customer. Very disappointed in the service and people in this company. Hopefully someone calls me back. Only had service for a month and multiple problems have arose. The tech that came out was busy on his phone and smoking for over and hour! Took him 3 hours ! He also left tools and his trash all over my house. Have called in multiple times regarding damage done by tech and the lack of professionalism is rediculous! He didn’t even program our remotes or give us enough for all tvs in the house! And to boot, we have a phone in our package and have for 3 weeks now and just now got the phone #.
