Flour, Salt, and Water come together in such a good way here! Cheers to whoever started this franchise! Phantastic Philly Pretzels are all over the suburbs now! I stop in a few times a month and bring a bunch into work with some of their SUPER hot mustard. It’s saved my job more than once!
If you are not familiar with Philly Soft Pretzels, please don’t buy them from the homeless looking guy pushing them around on a shopping cart. Buy them at the Philly Soft Pretzel Factory instead! I come in the morning and get them WARM from the oven… Put them on my heated seats for the drive to work and a crowd just starts to gather… Soft, chewy, salty goodness. They make a great snack you can eat one handed!
They also have a variety of Pretzel items… Hot dog in a pretzel, cheesesteak in a pretzel, cinnamon sugar on a pretzel… Sweet icing to dip in, chocolate sauce… they have a good thing going here, stop by and check them out!
