By far the best car service I’ve used! My CEO comes in from Munich a few times a year and he wants to visit 5 to 7 customers per day when he comes to a town in my territory. He is extremely particular and wants perfection. I’ve had drivers from other services that wouldn’t plan ahead, or wouldn’t enter in all the stops in their GPS, or wouldn’t check to make sure they had the right borough of Manhattan, or they weren’t professional, etc. Drivers have caused unwanted stress to an already stressful day.
This was not the case with here. Robert well exceeded our expectations! We had a 12 hour day of going to 7 different customers in the Philadelphia area and he made the day go seamlessly. As mentioned my CEO is very particular and he was growing frustrated that we didn’t have time to stop and get him coffee and a Kind Bar between appointments. Robert went out during our meeting and came back with coffee and a box of Salted Carmel Kind Bars which he must have overheard my CEO say was his favorite.
That immediately removed the tension in the car and allowed us to focus on the upcoming appointments. Robert did something so simple that was above and beyond what was required of him that day.
I will always use Avalon from here forward and ask for Robert to be my driver. He cares about what he’s doing and he cares about the client.
