Got two dozen pizza rolls last night after the TAMU game and the pizza rolls only had two pepperonis in each roll. Plus the flavor was not like they use to be. My guests and I were very disappointed in our pizza rolls and talking to some relatives of mine they have had the same results. I don’t think I will be getting anymore pizza rolls from there.

Pizza was dry and had spots with no toppings or cheese at all. Not even enough sauce on it. Then they ran out of tea.

Waited almost an hour and ½ for a pizza which was fine, but was delivered COLD. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

New to double daves not what I expected. 18 bucks for medium pepperoni pizza, one trip salad bar, one adult and one child drink. Pizza comes to you at your table in a box. Salad bar missing items, you have to get your own plates. Every employee seemed too busy to help you. This was at 5pm on a Tuesday only 6 other customers in the entire store. I would have been happier with a 5 dollar little Ceasar pizza. No service, overpriced, basic pizza.

Not much to choose from on buffet and what was there was cold except for the pepperoni pizza. CiCi’s would be a much better choice.

Picked up a Belly Buster combo here to take to my friends at St. Joe’s. It was FREE because I had bought $ 50 in gift cards over Christmas. The belly buster included a large pie, a stromboli and a dessert pizza ($ 17 or $ 18 if I had paid… sweed deal!). The pizza was hot and ready on time… and I asked for a special favor and the kind manager hooked me up no problem with ten or so extra raw pepperonis for my puppy in the car with me. Friendly service and great pizza! Never eaten the buffet at this location… but it looks tempting when I pick up to go orders. The hand rolled crust and premium cheese they use makes a difference… love the pizza from DD! Also, their Ranch Dressing is some of the best… wish I could buy it in bottles. It’s the «Whataburger Ketchup» of ranch dressings.

Friends ordered delivery and pitched in not expecting much. Had been years since eating at Double Daves. To the chains credit it started in College Station, on Northgate in fact. It was at 200 Nagle where SKYY Bar is now. In fact you can still see the faded logo from Wellborn on University.
Anyway, was nothing special. Tasted exactly like other chains like Papa John’s. In fact I prefer Dominos.
