They have new ownership and management. They fix things when they break and the prices are not too bad. The pool is a big plus and there is always parking. Haven’t had any real issues with other tenants. It’s in a great location and the neighborhood is not ghetto. That’s always a plus.

Upon inquiring about prices, availability, etc… the office staff did not make me feel welcome. I rented elsewhere.
