This place is the most pathetic, unprofessional, and pretentious company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! While trying to view properties in Bryan I set up an appointment three days in advance to view a rental property. I arrived 20 minutes early at the main office and was greeted by a very snobbish woman who informed me that I needed to follow the realtor to the property. The only instructions I received was «follow me» and a car door slammed in my face. So I jumped in my car and spun out to keep up with this lady. After cutting off many people, and speeding through several red lights, we arrived on the properties street; however, the property was actually blocked off due to construction. This fine specimen of a human being gets out of her van, leaving her young kid in the car, and says «we can’t get to it, but you wouldn’t like it anyway.» I drove over 2 hours to view this property, with an appointment, and was treated like an annoyance. When expressing my opinion to the manager, I was given this nugget of concern– «what would you like me to do about it?» Have fun with this group.
