All Phone Toys

Great location. I have a iPhone 4s that needed repairs and they need an amazing job with walking me through the process and received my phone back in a timely manner. They also have huge selection on accessories. Will definitely come back again!

So I had my Galaxy S3 suddenly giving up on me, just about when my 2 year contract had expired. I was in the mind of waiting a few days for the new Nexus 6 to be released and also not to get into a new 2 year contract with AT&T. In my defense, this place was not my first choice and I went to Miphone Doctor first. They politely let me know that this was not their area of expertise and referred me to this worthless place.
The lady in the counter did not even know if they do such repairs and had to ask their technician on the phone. Even though I turned the phone in during morning and was promised that I will have a diagnosis of the problem by 4 PM, I had to eventually call them up at 6 PM to ask about the status and why they hadn’t called. This is how they responded —
«Sir, Our technician is currently looking at it and you can call back tomorrow between 4 PM — 6 PM to know if we fixed it.»
I asked — «Well can you at least tell me what is wrong with it and how much will it take for repairs?»
«Well Sir, as of now our technician has already left for the day, so I can’t comment. However, it is on the desk so he will look at it first thing in the morning»
Naturally I said — «Well then should I call sometime around noon tomorrow to check?»
«Unfortunately Sir, our technician will be in only at 4 PM tomorrow and only then will we know anything.»
Yes, THEY LIE TO YOU ON YOUR FACE.
Anyway, eventually the next day I called in and was told that they couldn’t diagnose the problem and that the motherboard was not responding to any of the tests. So they were not sure. And that they would charge $ 35 for their «SERVICES» which included wasting my time, lying to me about their expertise and probably trying to screw up my phone even more by trying to meddle with it.
Finally when I retrieved the device it was not even put back together properly and I had to ask for a set of screwdrivers from the counter staff in order to do that myself.
So I guess their only specialty is screen replacement which even a 10 year old would be able to do after watching some youtube how to videos and probably would do a better job than them.

I have been wanting to stop in here for the last month or so, after seeing this place on the web.
Very disappointing, there were 2 girls (not smiling)…I smile and said hi, I think one grunted at me. …hahaha The store is very plain and unappealing. .With no significant way of telling which stuff is for your particular phone without asking. And still with no real offers of help, I asked to be shown some stuff for my phone. (Galaxy Note 3) No chargers or cords. No screen protectors. Some cheap rubber cases.
We looked at a few other things. .portable speakers, dash mounts for phones and tablets. at this point the girl was a little more friendly, but seemed to have no real knowledge of the products.
