My employers contracted Aggieland to build a nice storage building in their backyard. It needed to fit certain specific parameters and be climate controlled with extra sturdy shelving.
As opposed to risking this size expense on a pre-​fab building and the logistics to install it (city permits, moving fences, getting a truck in, getting a crane in to unload etc) Rather, we chose Chris Aversa and Aggieland Contracting and couldn’t be more pleased!
Chris stayed within budget, personally supervised progress, was flexible with some last minute changes and has remained available for additional changes without additional charge.
I’d gladly recommend Aggieland Contracting and Chris for any project from the most elegant re-​model or the most basic spiffing up or maintenance.

Call and ask for Chris, he’ll work with you to develop a plan for your project including schedule and budget. He’ll present you with different options and plans to get you the product you want at the budget you have allotted. He’s used to working around occupied spaces, and his crew does a great job of minimizing the impact of a construction project.
