I trust the doctor, she is always helpful and insightful, but the reason for 3 stars is the timeliness. I have never been in and out on time, I am always delated and often times to the tune of 30 minutes (and thats after pressing to get in).
The doctors office should work on scheduling a little better as well as being more attentive to the scheduled arrival times, if it wasn’t so difficult to get in, I would leave after my customary 5 minutes of wait time.
Its sucks being a captive audience.

I would give zero if I could. Dr. Dong was nice. The rest of he staff was horrible!!! The glasses were so expensive even with insurance and they gave the ones on the display!!! Nothing but problems and they are so rude and unprofessional! People beware!!!
