I’m a fan of this golf course. It’s decently taken care of, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The greens are nice and fast. I like the front 9 better than the back 9 because one of the holes on the back 9 is always a swamp zone, including the tee box, and another hole has the tee box under construction. They have a small clubhouse, nothing fancy. So if you are looking to host an outing, you will have to use their outdoor pavilion. We tend to go after work on weeknights, and the pace of play is hit or miss. I have gone where it’s been wide open and have several times been stuck behind some elderly women(possibly a weekly league). One of the best things about this course is that they will give you a credit to come back if it rains. The credit will be based on how many holes you have left and couldn’t complete as a result of the rain. This is the only course I know that has ever done that. Most just say that once you have golfed so many holes, you forfeit any chance to get a rain check.
