Chipotle is always on my radar because I know I can get a good meal without a lot of BS ingredients. Everything is always fresh, service is usually pretty decent, and I always leave satisfied. I am so glad they no longer have an affiliation with McDonalds. I haven’t spent a dime at that company for about ten years. Woof!

I have a very very serious pork allergy, and I hate that it keeps me from eating out. EVERYTIME I go in here all I have to say is I have a pork allergy and they clean down the entire counter for me and have only one person handling my food. They are amazing! And they never roll their eyes at me, believe me with an allergy I get lots of rude service. they are top notch here!

There is nothing wrong with this Chipotle. I have never had any sort of problem here, or any sub-par food. And I tell you what, an average Chipotle gets 5 stars in my book.

I love Chipotle. Honestly there isn’t much they could do to sway my ratings. My only complaint would be the seating. Very tight fit in the dining department but if you get there before noon, you can have your pick. Other than that, it’s your standard Chipotle, delicious and gluten free! Well everything except for the tortilla obviously.

It’s your average Chipotle. There really isn’t anything special about this location. The is nice. Compared to other Chipotles, there is very limited seating. The only plus is that this one is located simi-close to the highway and provided a quick meal prior to leaving Cleveland.

The Chipotle in Brunswick Ohio is consistently the slowest store I visit. During my most recent visit I waited for 25 minutes and there were only 9 people in front of me in line. The manager is almost the slowest person in the store, no sense of urgency, just lally-gagging around talking to customers far too long at the first station of the line. Even when I order online, if i show up within 2 minutes of the deadline, the person at the register still says to me every time«you’re early» and then makes my food while i’m sitting there waiting. I’ve been in this store 5+ occasions and have never received a different experience, always slow slow slow. it appears to be a culture thing at this point. the store in independence ohio will move 20 people thru the line within 10 minutes, max. it is just a night and day difference between the Brunswick store and ANY other chipotle in the area that i patron. I’m officially done trying with this store and will drive down to Medina when i need a chipotle fix.

The finale of Sean Penn’s amazing film The Pledge finds Jack Nicholson’s character, a retired police officer, despondent over having bungled his final murder case: He drinks from a pint of booze, outside his shuttered gas station, silently arguing with himself. Gripping, true and seared into my memory. So it was with my first visit to a Chipotle. Mr. and Mrs. Unilocalington had been out on the town, having skipped dinner in order to make an early show. On the way home, she mentions a new Chipotle has opened in Brunswick. Okay, I’ve never been. Let’s go. Kind of has the minimum security prison grub line feel to it. Slide a tray along, bang your tin cup, hope that ALL they did was spit in the food. The young folks working there, having not yet been ground down by the relentless wood-chipper that is the food industry, were cheerful, attentive, pleasant and professional. I can just imagine little Taylor or Jordan or Megan heading home after night shift: «How was work tonight, Sweetie?» «Oh, not bad. Some rolling wreck wandered in around closing and looked like a Unilocal reviewer, so we got all sugar-pie-honey-bunch in his honor. Other than that, same slice of America descending rapidly into global decay as usual. G’night!» Food wasn’t bad, although all day today I wore the grimace of regret.(Your roughage may vary.)
