Look no further, you have found your trustworthy colorist! Ada is a magician with color, and she knows exactly what she’s doing when it comes to blondes. I had trouble finding a good stylist who can work with blondes, and on more than one occasion payed for a botched job. Ada was recommended to me by a friend, and I have never looked back. She is by far the best in the Valley. I live in McAllen and travel all the way to Brownsville just to have her color my hair. Definitely worth it!

This is my first time coming here. I called and they were able to fit me in the schedule that same day. I arrived and Ana took care of me 5 minutes latrr I arrived. I asked for my root touch up (some grays) and my foil hilites. She was friendly and was able to do the color process and haircut, blow dry, and wash in 2 hours. The salon is a good size and they have about 6 stylists working their. Ana told me they have Brazilian Blowout specials for long hair on Wednesdays for $ 200. Shorter hair may be less. The place was clean and decorated trendy. I wss very happy with my hair!

Unfortunately I have to amend my first review. Although my highlights were great, she did not know how to cut the hairstyle I requested. The owner had to come finish the cut. This was very disappointing, and I will have to look elsewhere for a salon. I never like to give a bad review, but a stylist really needs to be up on the current styles. Watch videos, take classes, download technicals. And if you can’t do the cut, don’t put the scissors to the hair, please. I don’t ever expect perfection, but I do need honesty.

I was very disappointed with this salon. They were rated very highly on Unilocal,but they totally botched my three sons’ haircuts.
One son asked for scissors ‘on top’ and the lady buzzed him with the razor like machine and then said, «oh, you wanted scissors on top right?» He’s 10 years old, but even he knew he was stuck with the machine for his whole head after that. He looks like he’s going off to the army, which would be alright if he were. «Never going back,» is what he declared. On top of a bad hair cut, he said his head has never been treated so roughly In his 10 years of existence.
They didn’t tiddy up another son’s side burns. (Different lady!). And my third son says two people had to cut his hair. The First Lady left without saying a word, and all of a sudden a second lady was now cutting his hair. The second lady never asked what kind of hair cut the first person started. But that’s not the worst of it! He has many harsh red marks on his neck from the machine, and his neck hair line wasn’t finished. See for yourself. I’m uploading photos!

I love the service the salon provided. Random walk-​in, gave me the color I wanted. Ana was creative and did a great job with my Balayage and hair cut. I have trouble finding a hairstylist who manages my hair carefully (I have very fine hair) not one tug or pull (I can’t stand when hairstylist yank on my hair). Am definitely going back.

Im always happy to be home for the holidays. I visit my family, friends, and Visible Impressions. Ada has always made my hair look incredible. :)

My first time here, got a same day appointment! I was beautified by Ana. Don’t let her youthful appearance deceive you, she’s got talent! She gave me a trim in about 10 mins and all my layers fell into place. I will definitely be returning and recommending this salon in the future.

I’m very happy I walked in to this salon. I was quickly accommodated, even without an appointment. I got a great haircut with great service. The place is small but clean. They have a lot of services aside from hair such as waxing and nails! My impression from all the stylists was that they were friendly and happy to help with questions. My stylist did a great job on my hair and I can’t wait to come back!
I highly recommend this place. I’m getting my sister to come here too!

Have always been a loyal client of Ada for over 15 yrs. since I was a teen getting prom hair up dos and for the first time I needed a cut but Ada was booked on a banquet date so I had Kelly work on my hair after Ada explained to her what I wanted because Ada knows how difficult and particular I am so the work got done very well. I still love you Ada!!!
