Tucked away off a semi busy street is Motas Tacos. You would probably never see it unless you drove by and saw all the cars lined up on one side of street. There are a few benches to eat and 2 parking spots. It’s located next to Porter Highs School and I used to stop by during lunch or after school back in the day. I’ve only had these shredded soft meat tacos in Matamoros when I was younger. They only serve 1 type of taco, chips and drinks. Check it out and try some of these oily wonders! I just sprinkle a little bit of salt and dig in! Now a days I just place take out and pick up my order. You can’t compare this taco to what other places are offering and that’s why I always come back.

*Diners Beware* Tacos are highly addictive. Everyone I’ve introduced to these tacos find themselves wanting them again and again. Call in your order for pick up as their outdoor seating is very limited to about two benches.
