I hired Mr. Dinsdale to handle a couple of easy expungements 12 months ago and he never came through. I would call him frequently to see where we were on my case and it was as if we were speaking for the first time, every time! I paid him almost $ 4k and he took every penny and did nothing. I even asked him for an itemized statement of what he did and CRICKETS! He refused to give me any money back and denied my request for a statement. I finally had to hire someone else to do what I asked. That was alot of money for me to come up with so fair warning. There are other great attorneys who are ethical, but Dinsdale is not one of them. I’m very dissapointed.
