The UPS Store

I love them. They are my local print shop of choice in Brownsburg. Always very friendly to me & helpful.
A couple reasons why they deserve 5 stars:
— I do a lot of printing for work. I can email them at 1 am, and an automatic reply generates notifying me that they received my email. Love that, but I also write instructions on the printing request so that it will be ready when I pick it up. They email me when my jobs are ready too. This saves me so much time, and believe it or not, is not standard practice in other shops I visit on the road.
–It may seem like a small thing, but their standard paper offer is phenomenal. Very high quality, along with their color finish, and my customers and prospects have made comments about the fantastic quality of my paper presentations numerous times.
–They offer fantastic customer service. Always very helpful and thorough in my print jobs with them. They know my name because I am such a regular customer.

Awful customer service. I needed to return a vacuum after the company sent me a new replacement. I had it all boxed up and the prepaid shipping label. I parked in front of the store, unloaded the box and took it inside — juggling the large box with one hand while opening the door with the other — and said I’m going to park, I’ll be right back. Came back with my baby in my arms and was immediately told I had a FedEx label. «Oh, ok. Well, fudge.» was my response. I actually said fudge but still got dirty looks from a lady behind the counter. I then said I would go back to my car and come back for the box. After getting my baby back in the car, I drove up to the front of the store. When I went in, literally every worker looked up at me and gave me a dirty look. The younger man who was «helping» me before, an older man and the lady I mentioned. I grabbed my box and walked out. No one ever offered to help me with this large, heavy box. And I don’t know what the dirty looks were about, but they were all rude and left me extremely unimpressed. Is it so old fashioned to help a mother with a large, heavy box? I don’t think so.

Horrible service! How not let me pack my own package! Would not let me see what kind of box it would be packed in or how it would be packed! Will never use ups again! The girl working was rude and did not seem to have a clue!
